-All items are PREORDER stocks. Therefore, waiting time is needed.
-No refund/backout after confirmed order.
-Payment must be made within 24 hours.
-Orders will only be confirm after payment made.
-No REFUND will be made if supplier decides to MIA (Missing In Action)
-All prices quoted in our page are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
-All prices state excluded postage fees.
-Additional charges will be made for Normal Postage and Registered Postage.
-Fevin Store currently only accepts Singapore orders, we do not ship overseas.

-We only accept Bank Transfer and iBanking.

-We're not liable for lost mails. (Registered Postage is recommended)
-Please transfer the EXACT amount of money. (Extra amount transferred will not be refunded)
-Please allowed 2-4 weeks for items to arrived. (Depending on the shoes)
-After we receive all the items, please allow 3-5 working days for us to conduct a quality and quantity check before mailing them out to you.
-Goods mailed out will not be refundable and exchangeable as it is a preorder.
