Kdo je še videl, da dan končam tako…

Najprej ABC trgovina – valda, najprej en preworkout, da sploh lahko grem naprej.
Potem pa… kar ena finska premium znamka Puhdistamo.

Mislim, resno…
vitamine pakirajo v stekleničke.
A plastika jim ni bila dovolj dobra ali kaj?

Pa še kovinski pokrovčki…
baje bolj zdravo.
Kdo sploh kupuje take vitamine in minerale, prosim lepo?

In seveda… elektroliti.
Brez aditivov.
Spet neka moderna neumnost.
Pa še z veliko vode jih moraš piti… katastrofa.

In potem za konec še MaxGym pri Robiju.
Vse čisto, urejeno…
res, kdo še lahko prenaša tak red in čistočo?

Mah…
če pa ni drugega fitnesa v bližini.

Bi bilo bolj smiselno doma sedet…
in vrtet daljinec v roki. 😄💥

TOMMY HILFIGER in ‘perceived certainty’

[authority → perceived certainty → demand]

Tommy Hilfiger ni zmagal zato, ker bi bil najboljši oblikovalec.
In ni zmagal zato, ker bi se najbolj trudil.

Zmagal je, ker je razumel, kako trg razmišlja.

Ključna stvar, ki jo je razumel:

Trgi ne nagrajujejo napora.
Nagrajujejo zaznano gotovost (perceived certainty).

Zakaj “perceived certainty” pride pred dokazi?

Ko je Tommy vstopil na trg, ni imel:
• globalne zgodovine
• dolgih referenc
• dokazane prodaje

Ampak je naredil nekaj, kar večina ljudi ne upa:

👉 vedel se je, kot da je že potrjen.

Njegov branding, komunikacija in nastop niso oddajali vprašanja:

“Ali vam je to všeč?”

Oddajali so izjavo:

“To je tukaj. To je standard.”

In trg je to prebral točno tako, kot je moral.

Zakaj to deluje?

Ljudje ne sledijo temu, kar je:
• racionalno najboljše
• tehnično najbolj dovršeno
• najbolj delovno

Zlasti danes, ko se več nihče nima časa ukvarjati s kakovostjo.

Ljudje sledijo temu, kar deluje stabilno in že uveljavljeno.

Perceived certainty ustvarja občutek varnosti.
Varnost ustvarja povpraševanje.

Ko nekaj deluje:
• mirno
• samozavestno
• brez potrebe po dokazovanju

trg sklepa:

“Če oni ne dvomijo, zakaj bi mi?”

Zakaj so drugi delovali “desperate”

Večina znamk v tistem času je:
• razlagala, zakaj so drugačni
• dokazovala, zakaj so boljši
• iskala potrditev

Tommy ni.

Ni razlagal.
Ni prepričeval.
Ni prosil.

Deloval je established, še preden je to objektivno bil.

Sistem v eni vrstici.

To NI zgodba o modi.
To je zgodba o pozicioniranju.

In pozicioniranje je prvi korak v prodaji.

Najprej zaznana gotovost.
Potem povpraševanje.
Šele nato dokaz.

Dokaz skoraj vedno pride po zaupanju – ne pred njim.

Zgodba skorajda nazorno pokaže prodajni proces, vendar z eno ‘nelogičnostjo’.

Torej, v družbi hitrosti in pričakovanj ni časa za nerazumevanje:

1. če želite nekomu pomagati, ga morate najprej razumeti, in če je pomoč želja prodajnika ter korak brez katerega naj sploh ne hodi na prodajni sestanek, potem se potrudite razumeti svojo stranko.
2. da bi jo razumeli je fajn, če obvladate komunikacijski cikel v pravilnem vrstnem resu, torej ustvariti afiniteti z nekom ni vedno pohvaliti sliko njegovih otrok na delovni mizi, ampak tudi dejansko komunicirati zato da dosežete realnost.

Tommy je komuniciral točno to kar so drugi želeli slišati. Na njen pa je bilo, da bo produkt kakovosten, saj se brez tega ne bi obdržal na vrhu.

My sincere thanks to everyone who joined today’s seminar.
We explored my BE–DO–HAVE Sales Strategy and how it can be directly applied in telemarketing and financial services.

Together, we built a sales script designed specifically for financial institutions — practical, simple, and immediately usable.

We walked through the three phases of the sales cycle with special emphasis on:
• how to align salespeople with the sales strategy,
• how to build a real human connection with customers through shared reality, affinity, and authentic communication — the very first bridge to every closed deal.

Iskrena hvala vsem udeležencem današnjega seminarja, na katerem sem predstavil svojo BE-DO-HAVE strategijo prodaje in njeno praktično uporabo v telemarketingu.

Skupaj smo oblikovali prilagojeno prodajno skripto, ustvarjeno posebej za potrebe finančnih institucij.

Poglobljeno smo obdelali vse tri faze prodajnega procesa, z jasnim poudarkom na:

- usklajenosti prodajnikov s prodajno strategijo,
- vzpostavljanju prave povezave s kupcem skozi skupno realnost, afiniteto in naravno komunikacijo – kot temeljnem prvem koraku uspešne prodaje.



💬 Izjave udeležencev:

AD: Na prejšnjem seminarju sem se naučil, da ne obstaja 60–70 % odgovornost. Danes pa sem spoznal še to, da stvari, ki jih delam dobro, ni treba spreminjati. Strategija, ki je bila predstavljena, mi popolnoma ustreza in jo bom z veseljem uporabljal še naprej.

AT: Všeč mi je interaktivni način predavanja – predavatelj se je resnično dotaknil vsakega posameznika.

AT: Največjo vrednost sem danes dobil iz dveh trikotnikov – ARC in KRC.

SL: Odlična prezentacija s poudarkom na bistvenih elementih. Predavatelj je veder in pozitiven.

AJ: Zelo mi je bil všeč uvod in začetek komunikacije s kupcem.

MT: Cenim odprtost in nesebično deljenje znanja.

ZD: Zelo dobro pojasnjeno skozi praktične, vsakdanje primere.

Today I finished my first 2 days internal seminar with V1 Solutions, the USA GrowGenerations representative for whole Europe.

Their strategy is to become one of the biggest wholesaler of fertilizers and plant food in Europe. The quality of their products are already tested in Macedonia, were they operate for 3 years.

Based on strategy they found that Sales and Company Organization has to be first in a row of their focus, they decided to use my Sales Training and experiences to establish their own Sales Strategy.

I am proud that I was chosen to deliver the training.

From the survey:

At the end of the seminar we got some clue about how to practice all of the knowledge we got. I love very much Training Routins and the fact that salesperson cannot train sales at the client place, but in the office were we are situated with other sales colleagues.

I loved the whole training, which gave me an idea how to make focused staff and team players. Also, the last day of the training gave us a clue how to recognize the right clients, and how to handle and make right decisions who to work with. So the best part was the interactive 2nd day for me.

I am positively surprized about the way how to handle client objections.

Today I finished my first 2 days internal seminar with V1 Solutions, the USA GrowGenerations representative for whole Europe.

Their strategy is to become one of the biggest wholesaler of fertilizers and plant food in Europe. The quality of their products are already tested in Macedonia, were they operate for 3 years.
