The Full Moon of May 1, 2026 is in Scorpio, often described in astrology as one of the most intense and transformative lunar moments of the year.

Known as the “Flower Moon,” it’s said to bring deep emotional clarity, inner truth, and powerful shifts that can’t be ignored. Whatever has been hidden tends to surface now, asking to be seen and released.

As part of the 90-day course I’m currently taking within our company to grow and strengthen our business, we had a meeting today with our accountability group.

Today’s Wednesday coffee meeting was all about the golden nuggets shared by Coach Franco ☕✨

Hearing his personal story and journey to success in business was both inspiring and eye-opening. What stands out most is not just what he has achieved, but his genuine willingness to help others create their own success too.

In Sicily, mornings don’t always start with an alarm clock sometimes begin with a sound in the street, the signal that the granita truck has arrived.

It moves door to door, and you step outside without thinking. A quick chat, a favorite flavor, a simple moment shared with neighbors.

Gliding down from Mount Etna in a cable car today felt unreal ❄️🌋
The mountain is still covered in snow, sparkling under the sun, while the sea stretches endlessly in the distance. On a clear day like this, the view reaches all the way to Siracusa… pure magic.

The day of exploring.

I’d heard that in the northern part of Siracusa there’s a rupestrian site where the Sanctuary of Demeter once stood, so I set out to find it. But along the way, I ran into a closed gate that stopped me in my tracks.

Next week, I’ll go back and try another path that was suggested to me.
