SUMMER OF SPORTS AT DTSE SLOVAKIA 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♂️ | The summer holidays may be slowly coming to an end, but our colleagues at DTSE Slovakia have definitely kept things active. As part of our sports program, we contribute to employees’ race fees, helping them take part in different races and challenges. This summer included the Tvrďák Slovensko obstacle race and the Škoda Horal MTB Marathon, where our colleague Slavomír took on the course. Great to see our colleagues making the most of the summer and staying active!

DTSE SLOVAKIA & CZECH REPUBLIC HACKATHON 2026 💡🚀 | Two days, one challenge, and plenty of ideas. Our Hackathon brought together colleagues from different teams, countries, and backgrounds to tackle real business challenges through collaboration, creativity, and AI. The result? New perspectives, practical solutions, and great teamwork that showed innovation doesn't belong to just one department.

IT KIDS’ ACADEMY 💻🤓 | This summer, our offices in Bratislava and Košice once again welcomed the children of our colleagues for a week of learning and fun. Together, 49 young participants explored topics like artificial intelligence, online safety, phishing, cyberbullying, and social media, guided by our own colleagues who dedicated 32 mentoring hours to the program. Along the way, the kids picked up new digital skills, asked plenty of great questions, and enjoyed spending time together. A big thank you to all our mentors for making another IT Kids’ Academy a success.

ICE CREAM DAY FOR A GOOD CAUSE 🍦💜 | Our Ice Cream Day in Bratislava and Košice was about more than just a refreshing treat. Along with a popsicle, colleagues shared kind words and messages of appreciation on our Appreciation Wall. Every note meant another contribution to a charitable project, proving that small gestures can make a real difference.

VISIT FROM MATTHIAS MASCHKE IN KOŠICE 💼🤝 | This June, we welcomed Matthias Maschke, Senior Vice President of Global Business Services Delivery at Deutsche Telekom AG, to our Košice office. During his visit, he met with our Delivery teams and leadership to learn more about their work, discuss current priorities, and exchange ideas for the future.

COFFEE BREAK BEAUTY 🌿💆‍♀️ | The WomenPower DTSE Slovakia community hosted the Coffee Break BEAUTY event, focusing on natural beauty, health, energy and inner well-being. The session took place in Košice and brought a calm space for learning and sharing. The program was split into two parts - facetaping with a practical demonstration of natural lifting techniques, and a session dedicated to healthy lifestyle habits, including the connection between nutrition, energy and stress. Participants also had the opportunity to try selected techniques in practice.

FAMILY POWER UP WORKSHOP 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 | The latest Family Power Up workshops are behind us, taking place in Bratislava and Košice. Together we focused on partnership in parenting – especially communication between partners, conflict management and emotional self-regulation. The sessions combined a short input with open discussion, giving space to share real-life experiences and questions in a safe environment.
