In order to ensure proper quality of products on an operating laboratory. Laboratory of the enterprise is one of the few in Ukraine, built with observance not only domestic, but also European requirements.
The laboratory is conducted a number of physico-chemical studies and an analysis of the content of residual amounts of antibiotics in honey to comply with the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 4497: 2005, as well as research on the content of antibiotics balances according to European requirements in accordance with Annex IV OF EU-REG: 470-2009. In 2018, in order to a deeper study, the company acquired a mass spectrometer with a liquid chromatograph. Our products are checked three times. The first stage is a study of samples of honey derived from beekeepers. The second is the input control of honey, which entered the company. The final stage is to check the products ready for consumer and industrial packaging. The enterprise introduced a food safety management system (SUBP), according to ISO 22,000: 2005, which allows you to produce high-quality products, and control risks at each stage of production. The SubXP system allows you to identify products from the apex to the consumer and in the opposite direction.
