1. General Manager – The candidate must be an ex-military or ex-police officer with a college degree in a relevant field of study from a recognized educational institution in Sierra Leone. He/ She must have at least ten years of experience as a security officer either as a Military or Police officer and must show evidence of this. The applicant must demonstrate pedigree and not be less than 40 years of age and must provide proof of academic qualification and other personal/official attributes. The Applicant must have experience and be able to demonstrate knowledge in two-way radio communication, operating CCTV and must also be knowledgeable in cyber security management.
He/ She must have a proven track record in handling private security issues. The successful applicant must have fluent control of written and spoken English and must be able to work under pressure. He/ She must be capable of managing a large team of security personnel and should be able to demonstrate leadership at all times and especially during extraneous or difficult situations. Male and female ex-Military and ex-Police officers are particularly encouraged to apply.

Trainer – The preferable candidate for this position must have experience in security matters and must be either an ex-Military or ex-Police officer with requisite knowledge in essential training packages of private security guards in all the rudiments of the Security Guard profession. The successful applicant must be skilled and knowledgeable in imparting physical, mental and other training techniques on recruit security guards. The Applicant must have experience and be able to demonstrate knowledge in two-way radio communication, operating CCTV and must also be knowledgeable in cyber security management.
The successful applicant must demonstrate proficiency in physical fitness and must be trained in at least one martial art. The applicant must possess a minimum of a diploma in a relevant field of study obtained in a recognized educational institution. The applicant must also be a professional driver and also be able to ride a motorcycle. Age – between 40-55 years and must provide proof of academic qualification and other personal/official attributes.
