Business Development Services (BDS) The Business Development Services (BDS) is a program of Advocacy Initiative for Development (AID). The program seeks to support youth entrepreneurship.

The project seeks to offer a range of services catering for the diverse needs of young people (15-35 years) seeking to set up or expand a business in Freetown area while also providing more general careers counseling and support to any young person seeking to understand the training and employment options available to them. The programme design has been shaped by in-depth understanding of the need

s of young people in Sierra Leone. The programme will also harness the strengths of a number of key partners including business leaders, training institutions and the private sector.
