Sierra Leone Mining Week 2026 provides an important platform to showcase the future of responsible and sustainable mining in our country under the theme: “Our Mineral Resources: Responsible Mining, Value Multiplication and Shared Prosperity.” The discussions reinforced the critical role mining continues to play in supporting economic growth, national development, and opportunities for local communities.

It was an honour to welcome the Vice President of the Republic of Sierra Leone, H.E Dr. Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh to our booth, where we highlighted our contribution to responsible mining, local value creation, infrastructure development, employment opportunities, and community impact.

Throughout the week, we have bern and continue to engage with stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders on the future of mining in Sierra Leone, sharing insights on operational excellence, sustainability, investment, and the importance of creating long-term value beyond mineral extraction.
