📢 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 📢
We are excited to announce that our partner Journals, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 and 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 are now accepting manuscripts for review and consideration for publication as part of the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗖𝗼𝗻𝟮𝟱 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲 with the theme “𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘴: 𝘍𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘗𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘚𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴.” This special issue covers various areas of plastics research including but not limited to:
📝 Baselining studies and technologies (micro- and macro);
📝 Environmental issues associated with plastics pollution;
📝 Circular economy: challenges and opportunities;
📝 Bioplastics and alternative packaging;
📝 Science communication, community initiatives and citizen science;
📝 Socio-cultural and economic related studies;
📝 Waste management technologies and interventions.

Submissions will be accepted until 𝟭𝟱 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 and will be published immediately after acceptance on a rolling basis. Interested researchers may submit in any of the partner journals and will be evaluated by the Associate Editors for recommendations.
