Muslims have a history that will not be erased...
The orange was not a sweet-tasting fruit as it is today, but rather it was bitter and unpalatable until the Andalusian Muslims grafted it to turn it into this delicious taste. The people of Andalusia discovered a way to change this taste and make it sweeter by planting the narcissus plant under each orange tree, as mentioned.
