Hufan Group of Companies is a private Limited Liability company by guarantee which consits of seven different companies. These are: Agriculture & Agribusiness, Mineral Resource Development, Construction & Contracting, Health & Security, Technology Transfer, and Management Consultancy. The company was registered and established 1985 in Somalia, operating in Mogadishu as its HQ. It had four branches
in Jawhar, Balad, Afgoye and Qoryoley distric, all under one unified management but with three different business activities, namely; Agro-Livestock business, Trade and Management Consultancy. Due to the unfavorable security situation, after the collapse of the Somali government in 1991, the company was temporarily moved to Kenya and relocated its head quarters as well as its operations and business activities to Nairobi, Kenya. After the prolonged absence from its original headquarters in Somalia, Hufan Co has returned with great enthuasiam; motivated by its desire to offer its services in the development of the nations vast natural resources. We are now perfectly placed to take advantage of our unique position as experts in our chosen fields. Through the introduction of modern agronomic and livestock production practices, new management and marketing techniques and operational systems, the company has greatly contributed to the agri-livestock sectors in Somalia.
