Interview guidelines
“Tell me about yourself” is often the first question in an interview and sets the tone for the rest. While the structure of the answer stays similar, how you respond should depend on the career or role you’re applying for.

General Structure to Follow (The "Present–Past–Future" Formula):
Present: Who you are and your current role or status.

Past: A quick overview of relevant past experience and achievements.

Future: Why you're excited about this role and how it fits your goals.

1. For Administrative/Office Roles
Example:
"I'm currently working as an administrative assistant where I manage daily office operations, handle scheduling, and support a team of 10 staff. 5 easy ways to know if a woman is not interested in you & wasting your time.

1.) She gives you attention online but anytime you set a link up, she comes up with excuses. Don’t fall for the attention. She’s doing it because she’s bored.

2.) Monosyllabic responses.

If she’s replying you with one word, she’s not feeling you. When a woman is talking to a guy she’s into, she’ll drop text books on his :”How did your day go?”

If her replies look like this;
Ok.
Yeah.
Fine.
Sure.
Leave the conversation.

3.) She’ll never initiate contact.

Yeah, anytime to text her, she’ll text you but that’s all there is to it. After that conversation, she’ll never initiate the next. It’s all you. If you don’t text her she won’t text you.

4.) Late responses.

If she’s giving you late responses, she’s not feeling you. Most women are glued to their phone. She got your message bro. She didn’t just choose to respond until later because she’s waiting for the ONE guy message to come in. Not yours. Move on.

5.) She doesn’t give up the pvssy quickly.

"Stubborn Women Are Always Failures

Stubborn women fail in their marriages, and even in their relationships with relatives.

Women who lack emotional intelligence and flexibility in dealing with people around them, are the biggest failures in their marriages and their lives. Why?

She enters into an egoistic tug of war with her husband, and prefers the voice of her ego to try to overcome him, and in fact she fails before the ego of her husband and the ego of those who are around her, because men become more stubborn in front of a stubborn wife and stubborn sister, and they become more gentle in front of a submissive woman.

A headstrong woman thinks that she can win while insisting on her opinion, and she can stand in front of any opposition. She forgets that even if she wins by her obstinacy in her opinion and stand, she loses the heart that was loving her and caring for her.

Many narrations and wise proverbs in all the cultures have praised an easy-going, soft, friendly, patient and enduring woman. Even the Messenger (peace and blessings be on him) and the Companions after him, recommended and praised a woman who respects her husband and speaks with softness and wisdom, and in turn he will love her and never leave her.

The woman who will obey her husband and stoop to let the storm pass; she is the wise, rational woman who thrives, and holds the family together. The woman who stands like an unyielding dry stick is the one who breaks, suffering irreparable damage.

The uncompromising woman clings to her opinion. She tries to constantly perpetuate the illusion of her victory: I win and you lose, I am right and you are wrong. Such a woman destroys herself before destroying others. And she lives a life of sorrowful despondency in this world and the hereafter.

From experiences in marital counseling, I found that mulish women end up in divorce.

Terekeka woman loses life to forced marriage

Authorities in Terekeka County, Central Equatoria State, say a young woman died on Saturday while being tortured into accepting a man's hand in marriage.

Over a year ago, Kelementina Jandi Wani got pregnant by a young man, whom her family considered poor.

"The girl was returned to her father's house until she gave birth," said Philip Nyang Lago, administrator of Gemeiza Payam, where the incident occurred at the weekend.

As a result, the family found Jandi another man, who has a lot of cattle to offer as bride price.

"After she weaned her baby, the relatives decided to give her to another man. But the girl rejected their decision," Lago explained.

He said eight gentlemen drove the lady to the forest, where she was mercilessly tortured to accept the unnamed man.

The administrator added, "They took her deep in the forest and tortured her for more than two hours. After they returned to the house with her, she died."

For his part, the police inspector in Jemeiza disclosed that the eight brothers and two local chiefs have been arrested in connection with the incident.

"Police are trying their best to transport the suspects to Terekeka town final investigation," Joseph Luki said.

Meanwhile, Martin Larbek Awur, director for Gender, child, and social welfare in Terekeka County, condemned the act and called upon the local chiefs to join hands with his office to end the practice.

"Let us educate our girls; let them get educated despite the fact we are poor," Larbek argued.

"Let's try our best to build their future and fight the idea of using our young girls as a source of wealth."

Since June 2024, Terekeka County has recorded 34 GBV-related cases, of which 20 were r**e and 14 forced and early marriages.

However, the recent incident is the first death case to be recorded in the area, local officials
