The workshop is designed for leaders and operational personnel who may be required to make critical decisions during a crisis.

Over two practical days, participants will develop skills in crisis response, decision-making with incomplete information, crisis communications, operational disruptions, evacuation decisions, and maintaining essential operations.

The workshop will use realistic scenarios to help participants put crisis management tools into practice.

The training is designed for NGO and humanitarian personnel, security and operations teams, corporate staff, and other professionals working in challenging environments.

21–23 September 2026
Fire Tree, South Sudan

Over three practical days, participants will develop skills in personal safety, threat identification, journey management, site security, communications, kidnapping and checkpoint awareness, mines and UXO awareness, emergency first aid, and more.

The training focuses on practical skills and realistic situations that participants may encounter while working in challenging environments.

On 23rd July, GLEXCON after winning an auction of medical equipment from the Embassy of Canada to South Sudan we donated these items to Al Sabah Children's Hospital.
