Being team leader is not an easy Job in your life. You can start to be team leader in your families, work place ,school,that mean your team mates are your wife, children, siblings and colleagues. As team leader, you can be a mentor, coach or anything and help them to plans, setting their goals where you engage all families and other group members to contribute to achieve the pre - Set goal. The Goals that are to be achieved may be short term or long term and it depend on you.
What are quality characters needed from the team leader in order to lead his /her team successfully ?
1) you have to learn the behavior of your team members as soon as possible that may help you as team leader to adjust your/ himself in order to deal with them to achieve the team objectives.

2) Motivation is one of the best tool used by many team leaders worldwide in order to achieve your team goal or objectives. Motivation can be in any form like giving verbal appreciation to one of the team members, giving rewards in kind, or promoting the best performers. please note one thing all team members can not be motivated equally because of hierarchy of their needs. Therefore, you have to study your team members interest or needs differently and motivates them accordingly.

3) Knowing exactly each team members capacity and she/he may be good at or poor in certain areas for you to identify exactly the poor or best performers and you get ready for remedial actions early before it became too late. You have to assign all team members base on their capacity,competency in order to get quality result or outcome of work.
And many more characters are coming following me next time

Conclusion
Finally not least you have to have those characters mentioned above as good team leaders in order to expect positives result from your team.

Is South sudan economist ready to adjust economic collapse?

Yes ofcourse not, only bussiness ownners are the most successfull planners than public sectors workers.
Managers in different companies always predicts their business progress or declines for two to five years and it alway come true, because they uses all strategies and tactics to achieve their pre setted goals.

While goverment emloyees do not plan properly, they just ignore rules and regulations on theirs tables and enviromental change that may happen any time that can affect the entire country and no plan B in place or contingency plan that may fix the situation.

Like drop of oil prices in world market in early 2015 affected some developing countries too much whose budgets depend on oil revenue.
Due to fall of oil price, hard currencies supplies into market decline and demands became hight as many countries uses hard currencies as mean of importing goods, drugs and other equipments.
When we come to analysis the levels of Southsudan economic in the last quartor of this year, it became the first east Africa country hit seriously by oil price drop in the world market in early 2015 and black market exchange rate reach up to 18.2 with high probability of increase up to 20.0 in first week of Nov.2015.
In other way around,
there are some factors that contributed to worsening economic of Southsudan likes
- huge expenses inWar
- lack of insfrastructure
- Poor harvest in local communities
