Remote Sales & Financial Services Agents Needed

We are seeking experienced freelancers with a background in call center sales and financial services.

Preferred experience:
• Loans and credit campaigns
• Lead management
• Appointment setting
• Customer retention and sales

Requirements:
• 100% fluent English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Previous call center experience
• Professional attitude and reliability
• Own computer equipment and headset
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet environment for calls
• Backup internet and/or power solution in case of outages
• CRM experience is a plus

Schedule:
8-hour shifts available between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM (El Salvador time)

Remote opportunity with hourly base compensation plus performance and attendance bonuses. $420-$600 by-weekly payment based on performance.
