We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for administrative support to our team while working on site. You will handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

You are required to have experience of fulfilling various administrative tasks٫ including answering emails and scheduling meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize communication via emails and phone calls
• Provide customer service as first point of contact
• Organize meetings٫ calendars and emails for Managers
• Manage contact lists and organize managers’ calendars
• Create and review spreadsheets and keep online records
• Create reports
• Prepare presentations
• Help employees with their administrative queries

Knowledge, Competencies and Abilities Required

• Advanced English level 90% or above
• 2+ years' experience of working on a Virtual Assistant or other relevant position.
• Significant experience with current technologies٫ like desktop sharing٫ cloud services.
• Good practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets٫ particularly MS Office.
• Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling٫ particularly Google Calendar and Outlook.

We are looking for a PHP Developer to join our growing international team, this person will be dedicated to the craft, write code that they are proud of, and can hit the ground running.

This role will involve the development of new features, updating existing functions, building, and publishing mini-sites for lead generation, numerous integration projects with external services, vendors, clients, and our cloud services. Our PHP developers work closely with our international .NET development team and will be in a preferential position to upgrade their skills with opportunities to further their careers with us.

Duties and Responsibilities

As .NET Core Developer you will be responsible for building modules of code for specific projects, helping develop and maintain core libraries, and more.

Each project is led by our highly skilled and knowledgeable systems architects and lead developers, they will help you understand the requirements and help with the high-level designs and work with you on problem solving across the numerous products we are developing as part of our SaaS offering. On individual projects you will be expected to communicate with vendors and customers, both internal and external.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Working in an agile/scrum environment
• Build and maintain .NET Core applications
• Take requirements and develop software features
• Building out to specifications
• Deliver code with unit and integration test coverage
• Deploy working code to production
• Collaborate with local and remote team members
• Ability to complete tasks under supervision
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support

Knowledge, Competencies and Abilities Required
• 2-4 years of experience with .NET Core written in C #
• Develop ASP.NET Web APIs
• Read and write SQL statements (Microsoft SQL Server preferred)
• Entity Framework Core (Code First or Database First)
• Microsoft Azure for cloud development
• Exposure to CI/CD (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Advanced Git knowledge (branching strategies)
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks
