To all of my friends:
Nowadays my boy Mohammed badr Alzeer is working hard in his graduate final project in Mechanical engineering faculty.
The name of his project is : Pipeline Integrity ( Inline-inspection,Rehabilitation,Modification,Maintenance of an existing Pipeline used to transport crude oil from Homs city to Banias city to become suitable to reverse pumping from Banias to Homs.
The pipeline length is 116 km,the different level is 580 m,the
The studying shall consist of the following subjects
1- Calculation of existing Pipeline Design Pressure acc to ASMI B31-4
2-Calculation of revers operation pressure due to static elevations and friction losses, and drawing Pressure at location curve
3-Review of last Inline-Inspection Resolutions by using MFL Leakage Intelligent Pigs .
4-Analyzing The final results reports acc to ASME B31-G
5-Drawing Modified MAOP due ASMI B31-G
6-Fitness for purpose to choose the suitable repair methods,due to corrosion scenario,Replacement of pipeline sections,Reinforcement with Welding sleeves ,Reinforcements by Fiberglass and epoxy layers.
7-studying the surge and surge protection system
8-Choose the suitable Pumps to achieve the purpose of revers pumping
all thees subjects is studied under my supervising

May be my brother Malik Al Zeer ,and my sister son Mustafa Hammoud are the best (In-Service Welder) in the world .
More than 4000 meters length of circumferential steel Pipeline Sleeves ,18 inches Dia,Grade API 5L X60 ,has been welded by them,and with out flow, and with out any burn through .
Malik and Mustafa are International Coded Welders learned and tested by My Office ((Technical Office for Oil and Gas Services)).

The second day after university examination finished in Mechanical Engineering class three , my boy Muhammed B ,immediately start the practice course in Pipeline Construction & Maintenance , as he will focus of Cross- Country Pipeline subjects, especially Welding and Welding Inspection .
He will learn actually how to fitting and welding the new sections of pipeline loops, and how to fitting steel sleeves on corroded locations , and how to weld In-Service pipeline with out shout down.
I hop he will become a leader in this field, because he grow in the same environment and hear the same terms since he was baby .
