تحت رعاية وزارة السياحة والمديرية العامة للآثار والمتاحف، نظمت الغرفة الفتية - دمشق القديمة بالتعاون مع مؤسسة بريق والدكتورة لينا الطحان النشاط الافتتاحي لمشروع "أصالة روح". يدمج المشروع الصحة النفسية (العلاج بالفن) مع التراث المادي، وينقل تجربة الاستشفاء من الأماكن المغلقة إلى الأماكن المفتوحة.
بدأ المشروع بشرح من مديرة المشروع، الآنسة سارة سعد، ونائب الرئيس، محمد خير حنو، وكان الدليل السياحي قائد الجولة.
وتضمن مسار الجولة: التجمع أمام تمثال صلاح الدين، قلعة دمشق، المرور بسوق السروجية، باب الفراديس، مسير بين حارات الشام القديمة، وصولاً إلى المدرسة العادلية والظاهرية، دخول قلعة دمشق من باب العصرونية، ومن ثم حوار ونشاط مع الدكتورة لينا الطحان، واختتام بمعرض المهن التراثية في قلعة دمشق.
وقد شهد الافتتاح مشاركة مميزة من قبل مشاركين من ذوي الهمم (الصم والبكم)، حيث وُفّر لهم مترجم متخصص بلغة الإشارة، ليكونوا جزءاً أصيلاً من الفعالية، ويتلقوا كامل المعلومات والمحتوى على نحو متساوٍ مع جميع الحاضرين.
وتتقدم الغرفة الفتية - دمشق القديمة بجزيل الشكر والعرفان إلى الشركات والجهات الداعمة التي رعت هذا النشاط وساهمت في إنجاحه، وهم: شركة شامين، شركة الشامي، ولو ماريو، إذ تؤكد الغرفة أن هذا التعاون المثمر يعكس روح المسؤولية المجتمعية المشتركة، ويُمثل نموذجاً يُحتذى في دعم التراث والإنسان معاً.
Under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism and the General Directorate of Antiquities and Museums, the Junior Chamber international – Old Damascus, in collaboration with Bareeq Foundation, and Dr. Lina Altahn organized the launch event of the "Asalt Rouh" project. The project integrates mental health (art therapy) with tangible heritage, transferring the healing experience from indoor spaces to open-air environments.
The event began with an introduction by the project manager, Miss Sarah Saad, and the Vice President, Mohammad Khair Hanou. The tour guide led the journey.
The tour route included: gathering in front of Salahuddin's Statue, visiting Damascus Castle, passing through Souk Al-Saroujiya, Bab Al-Faradees, walking through the old alleys of Damascus, arriving at Al-Adiliya and Al-Dhahiriya schools, entering Damascus Castle via Bab Al-Asrouniya, followed by a converstion and an activity led by Dr. Lina Al-Tahan, and concluding with a visit to the traditional crafts exhibition .
The opening also witnessed a remarkable participation from people who are differently abled (deaf and mute), for whom a specialized sign language interpreter was provided, ensuring they were an integral part of the event and received all the information and content on an equal footing with all attendees.
The Junior Chamber International – Old Damascus extends its sincere thanks and gratitude to the supporting companies and entities that sponsored and contributed to the success of this event: Shamien Company, Al-Shami Company, and Lu Mario. The Chamber affirms that this fruitful cooperation reflects a spirit of shared social responsibility and serves as a model to be emulated in supporting both heritage and people together.
