لأننا نؤمن أن نجاح أي مشروع يبدأ بفريق مؤهل ومتناغم، انطلقت أولى جلسات مشروع "جيل يصنع" والتي خُصصت لتأهيل فريق العمل والميسّرين (Facilitators)، استعداداً لانطلاق الرحلة مع المشاركين.
تضمنت الجلسة التعريف بأهداف المشروع، واستعراض الأنشطة والفعاليات التي ستتضمنها اللقاءات القادمة، إلى جانب مناقشة أفضل الممارسات في التعامل مع اليافعين، وآليات خلق بيئة تعليمية تفاعلية وآمنة تعزز المشاركة والإبداع.
Believing that every successful initiative starts with a well-prepared and aligned team, we officially kicked off the first preparatory session of the "Generation Makers" project.
This session brought together the project team and facilitators, equipping them for the journey ahead with the participants. It introduced the project's vision and objectives, provided an overview of the upcoming activities, and explored best practices for engaging with adolescents. Additionally, the session focused on fostering a safe, interactive, and inspiring learning environment that encourages participation, creativity, and personal growth.
