ضمن مشروع Sign of Life، أُقيم تدريب أخلاقيات العمل ضمن سوق العمل، بمشاركة الأشخاص الصم والسامعين، بهدف تعزيز الوعي بالمبادئ المهنية، وأهمية الاحترام والمسؤولية والثقة في بناء علاقات عمل ناجحة.
أقيم التدريب برعاية مركز SBC، ضمن رحلة المشروع نحو بيئة مهنية أكثر شمولًا وتكافؤا، وبإدارة مدير المشروع وصال عطية.
✨ A successful work environment begins with clear values and responsible behavior.
As part of the Sign of Life project, a workplace ethics training session was held for both deaf and hearing individuals. The session aimed to raise awareness of professional principles and the importance of respect, responsibility, and trust in building successful working relationships.
The training was sponsored by the SBC Center, as part of the project's journey towards a more inclusive and equitable work environment, and was led by Project Manager Wesal Atia.
