1. Criteria for Enumerators
1.1 Education Qualification
1.1.1 Currently enrolled in tertiary institution and studying Social Science, Community Development or equivalent or;
1.1.2 Degree in Social Science or Diploma in Community Development or equivalent, i.e. completed course.
1.2 Experience
1.2.1 Data collection, i.e. familiarity with data collection instruments such as forms and questionnaires;
1.2.2 Fieldwork experience is an added advantage.
1.3 Language skills
1.3.1 English = Good reading, writing and speaking;
1.3.2 Siswati = Good reading, writing and speaking.
1.4 Computer skills
1.4.1 Data entry or capturing;
1.4.2 Word processing;
1.4.3 Familiarity with use of ipad and/ Geographical Information System (GIS) tools such as GPS receiver would be an added advantage.
1.5 Communication skills
1.5.1 Reachable by cell phone;
1.5.2 Presentable;
1.5.3 Polite and cognizant of etiquette and ethics
1.5.4 Of sober habit
