The Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration Commission [CMAC] is pleased to invite you to its Short-Term Course on Procedural Fairness and Chairing Disciplinary Hearing, scheduled for the 25 &, 26 September 2024 at Happy Valley Hotel, Ezulwini, at E3,900 per delegate.

The Training on Procedural Fairness relates to how policy non-compliance is dealt with at the workplace. It discusses the employee’s right to be heard in line with the common law maxim – audi alteram partem (i.e. hear the other side of the story). The training also explores the types of misconduct that may be subject to discipline.

You are invited to register for this upcoming Public Training Programme to equip yourself and your organisation with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for procedural fairness in chairing Disciplinary Hearings.
