The price is for the building itself and excludes all plumbing fittings and
work, all electrical fittings and work, all kitchen units, furniture and fittings.
The price excludes the drawing, preparation and submission of plans when
applicable.
The standard building includes.
- Post and bearer base to a maximum of 1.2m off ground level.
- Internal flooring is 22mm thick pine T&G flooring, unpainted.
- Outside flooring is 22mm thick CCA pine decking, coated
- Walls are timber frame at 2.4m high
- Exterior wall cladding is CCA treated pine 22mm thick logprofile cladding.
- Interior walls lined with knotty pine, unpainted.
