The Ocean called Life

Life like sailing on the ocean in a luxurious cruise ship. As it is advanterous and breathtaking the view and seeing the different water species and sharks in the ocean. And unexpectedly late at night the weather changes, storms and strong waves come to hit and shake the ship so hard and brutaly. As unbelievable and scary it is, the ship cracks and let water in and at that moment the only way to survive is to swim out of the ship or sink with it. And out of the ship the ocean floor becomes s scary and frighten place with sharks and freezing cold water which makes one think 'I'm not going to survive this. So whether you still in the ship in life comfortable and find life adventurous, appreciate. whether your ship has broken your place of comfort and stability and you in the frozen cold water stay calm and think and mostly believe there's still a way. And personally that why I trust God he shows up where you think Am done!

GO FOR THE BIGGEST PREY: MESSAGE FOR LEADERS

Lions live in groups called prides. If we to learn to be leaders I believe we can learn so much on how lion prides survive in the wild by using their unique intellect and strategies. Here are some lessons we can learn from lions about leadership.

1. LEAD BY EXAMPLE: lions are good care takers and teachers of their young ones. They spend a great deal of time showing and teaching their young ones on how to target and hunt down the biggest prey. They do not just 'give the fish, but teach their young ones how to fish'.

2. UNITY: lions believe we can get far and things easily done when united. Brothers, sisters and cousins in the lions pride share amongst each other and take care of each others young ones. Unlike a leopard that lives and hunts alone and its meal ends up despossesed by hynes because it is vulnerable.

3. LOYAL AND RELIABLE: There comes dry seasons in the wild like we also experience dry seasons in our lives. The older stronger lions do not then opt to live the young lions and go fend on their own but keep sharing together know a better time is coming.

4. PRODUCE OTHER LEADERS:.Lions ensure that they teach their young ones to be better and greater leaders. This are what leaders should do, not just enjoy their own greatness but pass that greatness to others.

IMAGINATION AND CREATIVITY: THE HIGHEST PAYING EMPLOYER OF HUMANS

All the beautiful majestic products we see and use today aeroplanes, cars, computers, infrastructure and many more, came from someone's imagination and creativity. As human beings we different from other creatures on earth, we were created by God to be co-creators that can make the world a better place and life easy and sustainable. Most of us have the misconception that imagination is hard and was given to geniuses like Bill Gates, Albert Ernestein, Mark Zuckerberg etc. Well, that not accurate as by these following steps you might discover your imagination and creativity.

1. MEDITATION: this is the art of teaching your mind to sit still and focus. Most of the time our minds go through many thoughts that get juggled together at the same time and we do not know what to make of it. I encourage you to take 15 minutes every morning just after waking up to sit still and just focus on one thing of how you would like your future to be. Do the same thing evening before you sleep. This makes your mind able to filter any negative thoughts that you do not like and then embrace the positive ones that are fruitful and can flourish to become real and great.

2. Exercise: Another powerful activity to great imagination and creativity is exercise. Personal experience has taught that just 30 minutes of exercise per day can do so much transformation for our bodies and brain. This is because exercise is able to flush all the toxins in our bodies like anger, frustration, worry and stress which detrimental to imagination and creativity. Exercise makes the body and mind feel refreshed and ready to welcome powerful thoughts and ideas.

3. Divine connection: within us we have our thoughts, feelings and spirit. I believe in each one of us, our spirit is connected somewhere which creates our belief system and understanding of God the author of creativity.

HOW TO HAVE THE BEST DAY EVERYDAY

Having the best day everyday is possible. We have been accustomed to the culture that christmas only comes once a year therefore we save our happiness for just this one day. This is a misconception because in so doing we deprive ourselves the beauty of life and we show ungratefulness to our Creator as the Bible itself encourages us to Rejoice and b glad in each day. Imagine living your life each day as if it's Christmas. So, I believe if we can adopt the following simple steps a happy life everyday is guaranteed.

1. Be grateful for life every morning: Once we master the art of gratefulnes each morning that becomes a huge milestone is changing the way we feel and view life altogether. Most of the time we forget to be grateful because of the way our lives are structured nowadays. We wake up go to work or school to do the same thing we did yesterday for the past five years so life becomes a habit rather than adventure. It ought not be so because everyday comes with new opportunities for that promotion, experience, getting your first interview, your business idea recognised, so be greatful.

2. Celebrate small successes: Ever heard of the saying 'you don't have to be great to get started but you have to get started to be great'. So, celebrate that you got started to look for job, that you in that junior position and learning, that even though it's tough but you still standing and not looking like your problems. Such a mindset and spirit builds your self worth and awareness of new greater opportunities which some call it the law of attraction.

3. Plan for the next day: 'No body plans to fail, but we fail to plan'. Making plan for each day is vital as we reflect where we been, the lesson learnt and how can we improve moving forward. Planning makes you realise each day is unique and special so in everyday you explore, learn and try something new which can tremendously change your life.

THE LADDER MONEY CANNOT CLIMB

We live in a capital and materialistic driven society where people with the money strive and set the trend for where the future is heading. As that might be the case, money does not fullfil the core qualities to wholeness and living a purposeful life. This is evident because we keep coming across stories of millionaires that have committed su***de, abused their power in dispicable ways and also corrupted resources to their own selfish benefits. It is on this bases I believe the following fundamental qualities cannot be bought and the are priceless virtues to wholeness and purpose of our being.

1. Humility: Humility can be described as act of valuing another human beings as if they superior than yourself regardless of age, gender, race and status. In our society it is easy to lose this quality in pursuit of riches out of the connotation that money would solve all our problems yet that has seem to be false.

2. Trust and Loyalty: This is another important quality to a purposeful life. In whatever engagements we get to in our lives whether in business or relationship we always want to ensure if there is a level of trust and loyalty for that relationship to work. This is because we understand that a relationship built on trust creates transparency, accountability and build lasting relationship which are values we all crave for in partnerships.

3. Love: We all once heard the saying that money can't buy love. Well its very true because the nature of love is that its source comes from within us not on the outside. This is difficult for most of us to grasp because we do so many for those we claim to love like buy them gifts and give them the world in change of love and unfortanely the love we hope for not come packaged as expected. The main reason is because love is something that is shared not pursued.

ANGER AND HUNGER: THE SECRET TO TRUE SUCCESS AND RICHES

In everyday of our lives we wake up to go to work, open businesses, do piece jobs and submit CVs with the hope of reaching the pinnacle of greatness. Well, in our pursuit of happiness one can unequivocally admit that it is not easy, it seems now and again there are obstacles in our way and when we just take a step forward we get three steps back in return and its discouraging and depressing. Therefore, I believe if we are to reach our goals and aspirations to success one needs to have what is called rational anger and hunger.

1. ANGER: The anger referred to here is not the normal anger we know that leads to rage, violence, revenge or bitterness. But here we refer to rational anger which comes out dissatisfaction about your current situation and the desire to succeed above that poverty, abuse, dysfunction, joblessness and many more unpleasent circumstances we face as human beings. This type of anger gives birth to powerful potential energy within which become kinetic energy to make one wake up each day with strength to try again of that dream, job hunting and business idea. A person with such anger is unstoppable and is a great threat to failure and negativity. This is because we all we a divine gene of greatness from God our Creator and this has become proof to many people we might know even today that no longer look like their background. This is because they responded to this anger and refused to be told there would amount to nothing but against all odds became great and today they doctors, lawyers , teachers, nurses, editor and some running their own businesses and practice.
