"I participated in two exchange programs: TESOL Exchange 2024 (Kentucky, Ohio, Florida) and SUSI 2024 (Montana, South Carolina, Washington, D.C.).
These experiences were life-changing, strengthening my professional growth and leadership capacity. TESOL exposed me to innovative methodologies, classroom practices, and global networking with English educators. SUSI enhanced my leadership, community engagement, and project design skills.
Both programs directly impacted TETO by inspiring teacher training workshops, strengthening English clubs, promoting service-learning initiatives, and launching community development projects linking English learning to real-life contexts. They also improved my ability to support teachers and learners across Togo and foster international collaboration.
I sincerely thank the U.S. Embassy in Lomé and the U.S. Department of State for these opportunities and hope more Togolese teachers can benefit from such transformative programs."
🇺🇸 Happy 250th Anniversary to the United States of America!
