โรงงานต้นแบบเครื่องสำอาง มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เดินหน้าวางแผนการผลิต การตรวจสอบคุณภาพ และการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2570 โดยมุ่งเน้นการบริหารจัดการกระบวนการผลิตอย่างเป็นระบบ และนำข้อมูลจากทุกขั้นตอนมาใช้ประกอบการวางแผน เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานมีประสิทธิภาพและสอดคล้องกันตั้งแต่ต้นทางจนถึงการส่งมอบ

📅 เมื่อวันที่ 7 ตุลาคม 2569 นายกานต์กุญช์ บำรุงชาติ หัวหน้าส่วนบริหารงานวิจัย รักษาการแทนหัวหน้าส่วนจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ประชุมร่วมกับทีมโรงงานต้นแบบเครื่องสำอาง มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เพื่อวางแผนการดำเนินงานประจำปีงบประมาณ 2570 ครอบคลุมทั้งด้านการผลิต การตรวจสอบคุณภาพ และการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์

📊 ในการวางแผน โรงงานต้นแบบเครื่องสำอางได้พิจารณาข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องในแต่ละขั้นตอน ได้แก่ กำลังการผลิตและประสิทธิภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์แต่ละรายการ (SKU) ลำดับและคิวการผลิต ความพร้อมของวัตถุดิบ (Ingredient) และวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ (Packaging) รวมถึงขั้นตอนและระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการผลิต การตรวจสอบ และการประกันคุณภาพ (QA/QC) เพื่อนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาจัดทำแผนการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับความพร้อมของแต่ละกระบวนการ

🔄 การบูรณาการข้อมูลร่วมกันช่วยให้ทีมงานสามารถมองเห็นภาพรวมของกระบวนการผลิตได้อย่างชัดเจน ตั้งแต่การเตรียมวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ การผลิต การตรวจสอบคุณภาพ ไปจนถึงการกำหนดวันที่ผลิตและวันที่ผลิตภัณฑ์พร้อมส่งมอบ (Loading Date) ทำให้สามารถบริหารจัดการลำดับงานและระยะเวลาในแต่ละขั้นตอนได้อย่างเหมาะสม

📈 แนวทางดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงการบริหารจัดการโรงงานต้นแบบเครื่องสำอางที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการวางแผนบนพื้นฐานของข้อมูล (Data-driven Planning) เพื่อเชื่อมโยงทุกกระบวนการให้ดำเนินไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน พร้อมยกระดับการดำเนินงานให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน ASEAN Cosmetic GMP และ ISO/IEC 17025:2017 เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นด้านคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการให้บริการ ตลอดจนรองรับการให้บริการแก่ผู้ประกอบการ นักวิจัย และผู้ที่สนใจด้านเครื่องสำอางอย่างต่อเนื่อง

MFU Cosmetic Pilot Plant Plans Production, Quality Inspection, and Product Delivery for Fiscal Year 2027, with a Focus on Systematic Process Management

MFU Cosmetic Pilot Plant is moving forward with planning for production, quality inspection, and product delivery for Fiscal Year 2027, with a focus on systematic production process management and the use of data from every stage to support planning. This approach aims to ensure efficient and well-coordinated operations from the beginning of the process through to product delivery.

📅 On 7 October 2026, Mr. Karnkul Bumroongchad, Head of the Research Administration Division and Acting Head of the Intellectual Property and Innovation Management Division, Mae Fah Luang University, held a meeting with the Cosmetic Pilot Plant team to plan operations for Fiscal Year 2027, covering production, quality inspection, and product delivery.

📊 In the planning process, the Cosmetic Pilot Plant considered relevant data at each stage, including production capacity and the efficiency of each product item (SKU), production sequences and schedules, the availability of ingredients and packaging materials, as well as the procedures and time required for production, quality assurance, and quality control (QA/QC). These data were used to develop a production plan aligned with the readiness of each process.

🔄 The integration of data from all stages enables the team to gain a clear overview of the entire production process, from the preparation of ingredients and packaging materials, production, and quality inspection to the determination of production dates and product readiness for delivery (Loading Date). This allows the sequence of operations and the time required for each stage to be managed appropriately.

📈 This approach reflects the Cosmetic Pilot Plant’s commitment to systematic management based on Data-driven Planning, ensuring that all processes are connected and move forward in the same direction. It also aims to enhance operations in accordance with ASEAN Cosmetic GMP and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, strengthening confidence in quality and service standards, while continuously supporting services for entrepreneurs, researchers, and those interested in the cosmetics industry.

📅 On October 1, 2026, the Intellectual Property and Innovation Management Division, Mae Fah Luang University (MFii), welcomed participants of the “Training for the Trainers” program for fiscal year 2026, organized by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) in collaboration with Mae Fah Luang University, on the occasion of their study visit to the Cosmetic Pilot Plant and MFU Cosmetic Maker Space & Cosmetic Lab.

🔬 The study visit was part of the activities to explore the centers of excellence at Mae Fah Luang University. The participants visited the Cosmetic Pilot Plant and MFU Cosmetic Maker Space & Cosmetic Lab, which are among the university’s facilities for study visits and are operated by the Intellectual Property and Innovation Management Division. The visit provided an opportunity to learn about the management of facilities and infrastructure that support research and the development of cosmetic innovations.

💡 On this occasion, MFii presented information on the facilities, capabilities, and utilization of the Cosmetic Pilot Plant and MFU Cosmetic Maker Space & Cosmetic Lab to support the product development process, ranging from applying and further developing knowledge and research findings, to product development and testing, as well as preparation for commercialization and utilization in the industrial sector.

🤝 The study visit provided an opportunity for participants to exchange knowledge and experiences in research and innovation management. It also highlighted Mae Fah Luang University’s role in providing infrastructure and facilities to support research and innovation development, while promoting the practical utilization and further development of university-generated knowledge.

🧪 During the meeting, MFii presented the capabilities of the Cosmetic Pilot Plant at Mae Fah Luang University, a research and innovation facility that supports the development of cosmetic and related products. The facility provides support throughout the product development process, from identifying market and business needs and developing product concepts to formulation, ingredient selection, prototype production, and product refinement and testing. These capabilities are supported by MFU researchers, specialists, and technical personnel who provide expertise and guidance tailored to the needs and requirements of businesses.

💡 The discussion focused on opportunities to apply the University’s expertise in science, technology, and innovation to the development of products that respond to the specific needs of the hospitality business. The collaboration could lead to distinctive, tailor-made products that align with the hotel’s brand concept and identity while creating a unique and memorable experience for guests.

Mr. Sarutanan Sopanik, Assistant to the President of Mae Fah Luang University, also participated in the discussion together with representatives from MFii. The laboratory is conducting verification of Reference Standards S2 & P8 as part of the preparation and verification of its analytical system prior to testing sunscreen cosmetic products.

On September 14, 2026, the MFU Cosmetic Maker Space & Cosmetic Lab at Mae Fah Luang University organized a practical training session on “Emergency Response Procedures for Fire and Chemical Spills.” at the MFU Cosmetic Maker Space & Cosmetic Lab, with a professional safety officer from the Scientific and Technological Instruments Center, Mae Fah Luang University, serving as the trainer.

🛡️ The training aimed to enhance the knowledge, understanding, and practical skills of laboratory personnel in workplace safety. Key topics included safe chemical handling, the proper selection and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency response procedures for fires and chemical spills, the proper use of fire extinguishers, and safe fire evacuation procedures. Emphasis was placed on proper incident reporting, coordination, adherence to safety protocols, and minimizing potential risks to personnel and laboratory facilities.

เมื่อวันที่ 12 กันยายน 2569 ส่วนจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและนวัตกรรม (MFii) มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดย ศูนย์ SMEs เครื่องสำอาง และโรงงานต้นแบบเครื่องสำอาง ร่วมจัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะและการสร้างอาชีพ ในหัวข้อ “การทำถุงหอม” ณ มูลนิธิ ซี.ซี.เอฟ. เพื่อเด็กและเยาวชนฯ จังหวัดเชียงราย ให้แก่เด็กและเยาวชนที่เข้าร่วม “โครงการปั้นเยาวชนคนมืออาชีพ” ภายใต้การสนับสนุนของมูลนิธิ ซี.ซี.เอฟ. เพื่อเด็กและเยาวชนฯ (CCF)

🔬 กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ด้าน วิทยาศาสตร์เครื่องสำอาง ผ่านการฝึกปฏิบัติจริง โดยเด็กและเยาวชนได้เรียนรู้กระบวนการทำถุงหอม ตั้งแต่การทำความรู้จักกับวัตถุดิบ การเลือกใช้ส่วนประกอบที่เหมาะสม ตลอดจนขั้นตอนการผลิตและการสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ด้วยตนเอง ซึ่งเป็นการเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ให้เป็นประสบการณ์ที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริง

การอบรมครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นกระบวนการ “เรียนรู้ ลงมือทำ และต่อยอด” เพื่อให้เด็กและเยาวชนเกิดทักษะอาชีพที่สามารถนำไปพัฒนาต่อได้ตามความสนใจและความถนัด พร้อมทั้งสร้างความเข้าใจว่าความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และนวัตกรรมสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์และเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับสิ่งต่าง ๆ รอบตัวได้

🌱 MFii Empowers Chiang Rai Youth Through Cosmetic Science, Building Career Skills and Pathways to Future Income and Stability

On September 12, 2026, the Intellectual Property and Innovation Management Division (MFii), Mae Fah Luang University, through the SMEs Cosmetic Center and MFU Cosmetic Pilot Plant, organized a hands-on training workshop on “Scented Sachet Making” at the Community Children Foundation (CCF) under the Royal Patronage of HRH Princess Sirindhorn in Chiang Rai Province.

The activity was organized for children and youth participating in the “Professional Youth Development Project,” supported by the CCF. The initiative aims to provide young people with practical knowledge and career skills that can be developed according to their interests and abilities, helping them build a foundation for future employment and income generation.

🔬 The workshop focused on introducing participants to cosmetic science through hands-on learning. The children and youth learned about the properties and selection of ingredients, appropriate components and materials, as well as the production process and product creation. Through practical experience, scientific knowledge was transformed into skills that participants can apply in real-life situations.

The training emphasized the process of “Learn, Practice, and Build Upon”, enabling participants to develop practical career skills while encouraging them to explore their own interests and abilities. The activity also demonstrated how knowledge of science and innovation can be applied to create products, add value, and potentially develop new products in the future.
