Itama Power Circle

Itama’s Magic Enchants Porto Rotondo

An exclusive celebration of sea, cruising, Made in Italy style and the unmistakable free spirit of Itama.

Porto Rotondo provided the enchanting backdrop for Itama Power Circle, the exclusive event held from July 10 to 12, 2026, bringing together yacht owners and selected guests for three days dedicated to the sea, elegance, performance and the authentic Italian way of living the water.

The star of the show was the entire Itama fleet, led by the new Itama 70.

Moored in the Marina di Porto Rotondo and available for onboard visits, the new Itama 70 was a constant presence throughout the experience and became the central symbol of this special edition of Itama Power Circle.

The focal point of the event was Hotel Sporting Porto Rotondo, where guests took part in a programme created to celebrate the world of Itama.

From the poolside aperitif to the inaugural dinner with live entertainment, every part of the programme helped create a relaxed, enjoyable and convivial atmosphere.

The opening evening delivered the first great emotion of the event with the presentation of the new Itama 70.

Unveiled against the backdrop of the Sardinian Sea while fireworks lit up the bay, the yacht officially opened the 2026 edition of Itama Power Circle in a setting that reflected the brand’s elegance, freedom and connection with the sea.

The second day was dedicated to cruising and to exploring the beauty of the local area.

In the morning, the fleet parade became one of the most eagerly awaited and exciting moments of the entire event.

A coordinated cruise along the Sardinian coast allowed owners and guests to experience the true essence of Itama firsthand.

Performance, elegance and the pure joy of open-air cruising came together as the Itama fleet moved through the crystal-clear waters of Sardinia.

The day concluded at Phi Beach, styled specially in the spirit of Itama.

With the sun setting over the sea, the soirée took place in one of Sardinia’s most iconic locations, creating a refined balance between nature, music and sophistication.

Itama Power Circle was much more than a gathering.

It celebrated a community united by one of the purest expressions of freedom on the water and by a brand that embodies an authentic Italian way of living the sea.

Seeing many Itama yachts cruising together through the clear waters of Sardinia was a powerful reminder that some brands are not simply owned.

They are lived.

Itama holds a unique place within Ferretti Group’s portfolio of iconic brands.

Effortlessly elegant, uncompromisingly authentic and unmistakably Italian, Itama represents the timeless pleasure of open-air cruising and a distinctive lifestyle on the water.

The presentation of the new Itama 70 to owners who know and love the brand was therefore a very special moment.

The model captures the timeless elegance, craftsmanship and free spirit that have made Itama one of the great names of Italian boating.

Itama was joined at this edition of Itama Power Circle by a selection of prestigious partners united by their pursuit of excellence.

Private aviation leader Flexjet offered selected guests an exclusive flying experience.

Official automotive partner Range Rover opened the doors of the Range Rover Bespoke Studio.

Hotel Sporting Porto Rotondo offered guest accommodation and hosted the inaugural event on the first evening.

Phi Beach provided the venue for the second evening.

Marina di Porto Rotondo offered the perfect backdrop for the Itama fleet throughout the event and hosted the temporary Itama Café terrace.

Italian food and beverage partners Marchesi Antinori treated guests to a selection of fine wines, while Campari served its signature cocktails.

The partner line-up also included Dolce&Gabbana, Garmin for the fleet lighting, My Style Bags with personalised gifts, Seabob and Sebago.

Sebago also opened a pop-up store for the occasion, offering items from the Itama collection.

Together, these partners helped make Itama Power Circle an experience that combined cruising, hospitality, lifestyle and Italian style.

Pershing Expands Its GTX Range and Unveils the Pershing GTX90 Project

Pershing presents the Pershing GTX90, the new model joining the Sport Utility Yachts range and bringing together the winning qualities that have defined the success of the previous GTX projects: comfort and performance, innovation and craftsmanship, technology and cruising pleasure.

The Pershing GTX90 represents an important new step in the continuing evolution of the Pershing brand.

Created as a design study that showcases generous interior and exterior volumes, the new model exceeds many of the standards expected in this class while also delivering the powerful performance and seamless continuity between spaces that are central to the Pershing experience.

The project made its debut at BOOT Düsseldorf and was developed through the collaboration between Vallicelli Design and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department.

Construction takes place at the Ferretti Group Plug and Mould facility, where advanced technology is combined with skilled Italian craftsmanship.

Like the previous models in the range, the Pershing GTX90 is built around the concept of space.

This philosophy is especially clear on the sportsbridge, which has a surface area of 33 square metres and is 43 percent more spacious than the average for yachts of this size.

Special attention was also given to the layout, with the clear aim of maximising comfort, enjoyment and liveability on board.

Exterior Design

The exterior design, finished in the classic Pershing Anniversary Silver hull colour, remains faithful to the visual identity of the entire GTX series.

The new model continues the return of important signature elements of the range, including the near-vertical bow and the continuous, slightly convex sheer-line.

These features give the yacht a sleek and elegant silhouette, a sense of lightness and a sporty attitude that is unmistakably Pershing.

The stern area on the main deck also recalls the design language of the other GTX models.

Two side terraces open outwards to significantly extend the living space and create an even stronger relationship with the sea.

Unlike the previous GTX models, opening these terraces places the yacht’s widest beam in the cockpit area, bringing this outdoor setting to a total surface area of 37 square metres.

This creates a more expansive and social aft area, ideal for relaxation, entertaining and enjoying the open-air lifestyle that defines modern luxury yachting.

The stern layout also includes a practical garage designed to house both a tender and a jet ski, further strengthening the model’s leisure and cruising capabilities.

Interior Design and Layout

The interior design and layout stand out for a functional aesthetic combined with superior comfort.

Every area has been conceived to amplify the onboard experience and make the best possible use of the available space.

On the main deck, entry to the indoor living area is through a wide five-panel door, consisting of one fixed panel and four opening panels.

This solution creates a seamless open space connecting interior and exterior settings and giving the yacht a bright, airy and welcoming atmosphere.

The salon is developed around the widebody superstructure and offers generous living space.

A show kitchen is positioned aft on the port side and is highlighted by a strikingly elegant bar counter.

Opposite this, the formal dining table can seat up to eight guests.

This area can also be complemented by an optional dayhead, adding even greater convenience for guests during social gatherings and longer stays on board.

In the central section of the yacht, the lounge area is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa.

On request, this can be replaced with two separate couches, allowing owners additional flexibility to tailor the atmosphere and layout according to their preferences.

Forward on the main deck is the helm station, which is fitted with three comfortable pilot seats.

It also offers dual access to the side walkways that lead to the foredeck, making movement around the yacht both practical and intuitive.

On the lower deck, the Pershing GTX90 features four cabins and four en suite bathrooms.

The layout has been carefully optimised to make full use of the space while maintaining privacy and comfort.

The full-beam master suite is positioned amidships, offering the owner a spacious and refined retreat.

The VIP cabin is located in the bow, while the remaining two guest cabins complete the accommodation layout, one fitted with a double bed and the other with twin single beds.

This arrangement offers a balanced solution for both family use and entertaining guests during longer cruising periods.

Sportsbridge

The spacious sportsbridge is divided into three clearly defined functional areas.

At the stern is a sunbathing area designed for open-air relaxation.

Amidships is a dining space sheltered by a generously sized hard top, creating a comfortable setting for meals, drinks and conversation with protection from the elements.

Forward is the central helm station, which allows the sportsbridge to remain not only a social area but also an active command point for navigation and open-water enjoyment.

Performance, Propulsion and Technology

The Pershing GTX90 is fitted with two MAN V12 2200 engines, each delivering 2,200 horsepower.

These engines are paired with two Castoldi TurboDrive 600 HCT waterjets.

This propulsion package is expected to deliver a top speed of 35 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots, according to preliminary data.

For additional onboard comfort, two Seakeeper NG18 gyroscopic stabilisers can also be installed.

The yacht has been designed for safety and efficiency even in very challenging sea conditions and will receive CE Class A certification.

This underlines the model’s capability not only as a high-performance yacht, but also as a vessel conceived for confident cruising, advanced functionality and reliable operation.

A New Chapter in the GTX Range

The Pershing GTX90 strengthens the Pershing GTX Sport Utility Yacht range by combining sporty design, powerful performance, greater onboard space and elevated cruising comfort.

It reflects Pershing’s ongoing commitment to developing yachts that unite high-speed excitement with practical luxury, innovative layouts and distinctive Italian style.

The new project confirms that Pershing continues to evolve its identity in ways that respect its heritage while responding to the expectations of modern owners seeking space, versatility, elegance and performance in one complete package.

About Pershing

For more than 40 years, Pershing has designed and built luxury motor yachts, including open, coupé and sport-fly models, recognised worldwide for superior performance, distinctive design and technological innovation.

Founded in 1985 and part of Ferretti Group since 1998, Pershing has achieved international success by combining sleek sporty lines, ultra-light materials and advanced engineering solutions with absolute comfort and outstanding liveability.

Production takes place at the Mondolfo shipyard, an industrial hub of more than 84,500 square metres created to give shape to Italian innovation and excellence.

Over more than four decades, Pershing has launched more than 30 models.

Today the fleet consists of nine yachts ranging from 54 to 140 feet across the Generation X and GTX Sport Utility Yacht ranges.

The brand is led by the Pershing 140 flagship, Pershing’s first all-aluminium superyacht, built at the Ferretti Group Super Yacht Yard in Ancona.

Its yachts are internationally recognised for exceptional build quality, cutting-edge technology, leading safety standards, excellent performance on the water, exclusive design and timeless Made in Italy appeal.

The Pershing GTX90 clearly demonstrates how the Pershing brand continues to expand with confidence, introducing a yacht that combines larger living areas, greater comfort, functional innovation and remarkable performance in a way that is true to the spirit of the GTX range.

Easy Branches Marine is proud to share this important development from Pershing and Ferretti Group with yacht owners, builders, brokers, designers, shipyards, marina professionals, suppliers, captains, investors and international marine industry professionals.

Riva 54Metri Is the Largest Riva Ever Built, the New Wonder of the Sea

A masterpiece of design, innovation and Italian craftsmanship that elevates the Riva legend to an entirely new level.

Riva 54Metri is the largest Riva ever built.

With 54 metres of extraordinary beauty, elegance and majesty, the new flagship represents a monumental new chapter in the history of one of the world’s most famous and admired yacht builders.

Built entirely from aluminium and with a gross tonnage under 500 GT, Riva 54Metri combines timeless style, advanced engineering, contemporary comfort and an unmistakable connection with the sea.

The result of a meticulous design process, this remarkable superyacht reimagines Riva’s classic stylistic hallmarks on an unprecedented scale without losing the formal integrity and instantly recognisable identity that have defined the brand for more than 180 years.

Her balanced proportions, sleek silhouette and clean lines create a remarkable sense of harmony.

Contemporary detailing, metallic paint and sculpted surfaces add depth and a distinctive three-dimensional character to the yacht’s profile.

Riva 54Metri has an overall length of 54.83 metres, a maximum beam of 9.18 metres and a gross tonnage of 499 GT.

Majestic and elegant, the yacht was created through the combined expertise of Officina Italiana Design, the studio founded by Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta and exclusive designer of the entire Riva range for 30 years, together with the Ferretti Group Product Strategy Committee and Engineering Department.

Riva 54Metri is far more than the largest Riva ever built.

She represents more than 180 years of craftsmanship, innovation and an uncompromising pursuit of beauty.

The yacht respects Riva’s extraordinary heritage while demonstrating that the brand continues to create the icons of the future.

Her exterior achieves a unique balance between sportiness and sophistication.

The forward sweep of the deckhouse and windscreen, the angular stern lines and the polished steel handrails give the yacht a strong sculptural identity that is unmistakably Riva.

The colour palette combines Moon Grey, London Grey and Bright Black, complemented by polished steel details and Riva’s signature aquamarine waterline.

Riva 54Metri spans four decks.

The main, upper and lower decks are connected by a central lift, creating easy movement throughout the yacht.

She can accommodate up to ten guests in four cabins and a magnificent full-beam master suite located forward on the main deck.

The crew areas include five double cabins and a captain’s cabin beside the wheelhouse.

The concept at the heart of the yacht is a seamless connection with the water.

Generous panoramic spaces create a natural flow between the interiors and exterior decks.

Floor-to-ceiling windows, multiple outdoor areas and fold-out bulwarks transform the beach area and cockpits into terraces that appear to float directly above the sea.

At the same time, the layout ensures privacy and discreet service through completely separate circulation routes for guests and crew.

The interiors combine natural teak, polished steel, leather and precious marbles, including Tunisian Sahara Noir and African Bianco Rhino.

Elegant contrasts of materials, colours and textures create a sophisticated and harmonious atmosphere across every deck.

Beach Area

At the stern, a five-square-metre transformer platform with an extra-wide walkway leads directly to the 42.5-square-metre beach area on the lower deck.

At its centre is a four-by-two-metre swimming pool finished with white ceramic tiles and surrounded by generous sunbathing areas.

The pool has two freshwater tanks and a heating system and is designed to remain full even while the yacht is underway.

Two fold-out bulwarks add another 20 square metres of usable deck space, bringing the total beach area to more than 60 square metres.

An awning with a semi-automatic tensioning system provides shade when required.

The beach area also contains a gym enclosed by tinted glass, equipped with an exercise bike and treadmill, along with storage, a day head and direct access to the engine room.

Main Deck Cockpit

Six steps lead from the beach area to the 45-square-metre main deck cockpit.

This elegant outdoor space includes a large forward-facing sofa with chaise longues, freestanding armchairs, a storage unit and an American bar equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker and sink.

Two additional fold-out bulwarks add 13.2 square metres to the cockpit.

These floating terraces can remain open even when the yacht is underway, further strengthening the relationship between guests and the sea.

Main Salon and Dining Area

A large electrically operated sliding door connects the cockpit with the main salon.

The interior is divided into a bright living area aft and a sophisticated dining area forward.

A large L-shaped sofa, white leather armchairs and a central pouffe create a relaxed social setting.

The dining table seats ten guests and features a Sahara Noir marble top with elegant Poliform chairs.

The table stands on a Bianco Rhino marble platform beneath a crystal chandelier.

A 65-inch television is concealed within the ceiling and lowers automatically when required.

Natural teak, marble, leather and polished steel continue throughout the salon, creating a refined sense of material richness.

Master Suite

The full-beam master suite is situated forward on the main deck and is designed as a private oasis of relaxation.

The entrance area includes an office with a black leather vanity desk, a full-wall wardrobe and recessed Sahara Noir marble niches.

Automatic sliding doors lead into the master cabin, where natural teak and marble panels create an elegant interplay of materials.

A leather-upholstered king-size bed is complemented by a marble headboard insert, black leather bedside tables, a sofa and two armchairs.

Two large hull windows open electrically to provide natural ventilation and exceptional views of the sea.

Two spacious walk-in wardrobes lead to the master bathroom.

This private wellness space features a large hydro-massage shower with chromotherapy, fully clad in Bianco Rhino marble, double Sahara Noir basins, natural teak furnishings and a mirror that conceals a television.

Professional Galley and Service Areas

The main deck pantry contains all the required appliances, including a full-height wine cabinet.

The professional galley is illuminated by a large window and equipped with two Rational ovens, two refrigerators, two freezers, an induction hob and a teppanyaki grill.

The central work island includes a sliding top and a structure with containers and infrared lamps to support fast and efficient plating and service.

Independent service staircases connect all crew areas, enabling continuous and discreet service without disturbing guests.

Lower Deck

The four guest cabins on the lower deck include two VIP cabins and two guest cabins, all with double beds and private bathrooms.

One guest cabin can convert its double bed into two single beds.

The cabins continue the yacht’s elegant material palette with black leather beds, pale carpeting, natural teak, stainless steel, light leather ceilings and Sahara Noir marble details.

Televisions are concealed behind mirrored surfaces to preserve the clean design.

The completely separate crew quarters include a crew mess, small galley, laundry station and five double cabins with en suite bathrooms.

Upper Deck

The upper deck is dedicated to socialising, entertainment and close contact with the water.

The elegant sky lounge features a large L-shaped sofa, a white leather armchair, a generously sized pouffe and a 75-inch display framed by black marble storage units.

Floor-to-ceiling cabinets with teak niches provide space for works of art.

Large sliding doors connect the sky lounge to the outdoor areas.

The upper deck cockpit includes a lounge area with sofas and armchairs and an al fresco dining area with a large table for ten guests.

Fixed side windscreens integrated into the stern structure provide shelter without interrupting the open views.

Continuous side walkways allow guests to move around the entire deck while maintaining separate crew circulation.

One of the yacht’s most innovative areas is positioned forward of the wheelhouse.

A large C-shaped sofa and two sun sofas conceal a semi-covered technical area beneath them.

This space stores and launches the yacht’s water toys, including a Williams 625 tender and two jet skis, with the support of an integrated crane that also functions as a navigation mast.

Sun Deck

With a surface area of more than 100 square metres, the sun deck is one of the most spectacular spaces on board.

It is divided into three large functional areas.

The aft section contains two fully customised sun loungers and a whirlpool bath that can remain filled while the yacht is underway.

The central lounge contains two custom-made L-shaped sofas, coffee tables and armchairs.

The forward dining area is shaded by the hard top and features a table for ten guests.

A large American bar is equipped with refrigerators, an ice maker and a sink.

All sun deck furniture was custom designed by Officina Italiana Design and coordinated with the yacht’s exterior colours.

A concealed 55-inch television can rotate through 180 degrees.

Propulsion and Technology

Riva 54Metri combines outstanding performance, range, comfort and state-of-the-art technology.

The yacht is powered by two MTU 12V2000 M96L engines, each producing 1,432 kW.

An optimised shaft line and six-blade fixed-pitch propellers deliver a top speed of 18 knots.

At a cruising speed of 11 knots, the yacht has a range of approximately 3,600 nautical miles.

Two independently operating electric rudders improve manoeuvrability, energy efficiency and integration with the yacht’s digital systems.

Four Naiad Dynamics electric stabiliser fins significantly reduce rolling both underway and at anchor.

Compared with traditional hydraulic systems, the electric technology is quieter, more compact and faster to respond.

The four-fin configuration also helps limit the yacht’s maximum draught to just 2.25 metres.

Two 118 kW Zenoro generators are supported by a shore power system and a latest-generation 150 kVA frequency converter with a harmonic filter.

A sophisticated Power Management System monitors and optimises the generation and distribution of electricity throughout the yacht.

Global Connectivity and Cybersecurity

Riva 54Metri has been designed to function not only as a private residence but also as an extension of the owner’s professional life.

The communication infrastructure combines traditional TVSAT antennas with Starlink satellite broadband and is also OneWeb ready.

This provides high transmission speeds, reliable signal stability and extensive global coverage.

An integrated cybersecurity system protects the yacht’s networks, data and onboard systems from unauthorised access.

The yacht’s home automation and entertainment systems were developed by VideoWorks.

Through intuitive interfaces and dedicated iPads, guests can control lighting, personalised mood settings, audiovisual systems and numerous onboard functions.

Television screens can also display live camera images and nautical charts.

Navigation and Comfort

The wheelhouse contains advanced navigation, communication and safety systems integrated into a fully digital console.

A central 44-inch stretch display is supported by two 27-inch monitors and three 24-inch touchscreens.

Guest and crew circulation routes remain completely separated throughout the yacht.

Extensive vibration and sound insulation creates an exceptionally quiet environment.

Floating floors, decoupled furniture, viscoelastic coatings and high-performance acoustic bulkheads further improve comfort and wellbeing on board.

International Classification

With her all-aluminium hull and superstructure, length of 54.83 metres and gross tonnage of 499 GT, Riva 54Metri is classified by Lloyd’s Register.

The classification confirms compliance with the highest international standards in safety, construction quality and naval engineering.

Riva Heritage

Founded in 1842 on the shores of Lake Iseo, Riva is one of the world’s most renowned yacht builders.

Its iconic boats have helped shape the history of modern yachting, from legendary wooden models such as the Aquarama to fibreglass yachts and full-custom steel and aluminium superyachts from 50 to 90 metres.

Riva joined Ferretti Group in 2000.

Today, the brand operates production facilities in Sarnico, La Spezia and Ancona.

Beyond yacht construction, Riva expresses its identity through the Riva Brand Experience, including exclusive accessories and Riva Destinations around the world.

Ferretti Group

Ferretti Group is a world leader in the design, construction and sale of luxury yachts from 8 to 95 metres.

Its portfolio includes Ferretti Yachts, Riva, Pershing, Itama, CRN, Custom Line and Wally.

The Group owns and manages seven shipyards across Italy, combining advanced industrial production with the finest Italian craftsmanship.

With a presence in Europe, the United States and Asia and an international dealer network, Ferretti Group reaches customers in more than 70 countries.

Riva 54Metri demonstrates what becomes possible when heritage, creativity, engineering, craftsmanship and a vision for the future come together.

She is not only the largest Riva ever built.

She is a new wonder of the sea and a powerful expression of the next chapter in the Riva legend.
