In 1945, Alberto Sittón Ríos inherited this farm from his father.Today, Priscilla and Rafael continue its stewardship as the fifth generation.

This is more than coffee.it is a legacy, cared for by hand.

Every picker undergoes weekly training.
Cherry Brix levels are measured daily.
Each lot is maintained with an error margin of no more than 1%.

The result?
Geisha coffees scoring 96–97 points from Coffee Review,
and 1st Place at Best of Panama 2021
with a lot named “Avalanche of Flavor.”

That auction lot reached $1,502 per pound.

Just over 15 years in the industry and love everything within it. Fell in love with it deeply and found my why whilst working with Proud Mary in Melbourne. I still enjoy working within my team on the floor whilst operating a roasting and business operation. We are currently focused on creating a sustainable culture at Diggy Doo’s whilst beginning to create direct relationships with producers we want to work with, aiming to keep showing up with the right intention in every level and opportunity along the way.

My roasting philosophy is if the coffee has natural acids and lipids, I’ll do my best to balance them both out. I develop a touch of the sugars for the mouthfeel and still able to keep the acidity vibrant. Best of both worlds!

A rare Geisha lot from El Destino farm in Horqueta, Boquete, Panama, produced by Benito Bermúdez and Mario Castrellón one of the new generation producers pushing innovative coffee processing in Panama.

This competition level Natural Geisha gained recognition through Best of Panama 2026 for its elegant florals, vibrant tropical profile, and refined sweetness.
