HIRING - FLOOR MANAGER
LOCATION - SAMUI

Your main duties and responsibilities are:
- Proactively engage with guests, understand their needs and ensure a positive experience
- Handle guest requests, feedback and service-related situations with professionalism and composure
- Be actively involved in guest engagement both inside and outside the restaurant, creating a welcoming first point of contact for potential guests
- Represent the restaurant professionally and contribute to a consistently high standard of hospitality

What We Are Looking for:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or HoReCa environment is mandatory
- Proven experience in guest relations, floor service or a similar guest-facing role
- Fluent English
- Comfortable taking an active role in guest engagement both inside and outside the restaurant
- Foreigner, currently based on Koh Samui

Cocoon Family Group is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
— Purchase fresh products and ingredients from local markets and suppliers
— Monitor stock levels and coordinate daily purchasing needs with the kitchen team
— Place orders and maintain relationships with suppliers
— Keep accurate records of expenses, receipts, and petty cash
— Compare prices and source alternative products when needed

Requirements:
— Thai nationality preferred (daily communication with local suppliers)
— 6+ months of experience in food purchasing
— Good English (A2–B1)
— Honest, reliable, and comfortable handling cash
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We offer:
Salary: 25,000 THB + Service Charge
Schedule: 6/1, 09:00–18:00
Meal allowance
