เพิกถอน!! 4 บริษัททัวร์ในสมุย หัวหมอ! ตั้งคนไทยเป็นนอมินี เปลี่ยนกรรมการต่างชาติหลังได้ใบอนุญาต

นายจาตุรนต์ ภักดีวานิช อธิบดีกรมการท่องเที่ยว ได้รับรายงานจากสำนักงานทะเบียนธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ สาขาภาคใต้ เขต 1 ลงพื้นที่เกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ในการให้บริการออกใบอนุญาตธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคุเทศก์นอกพื้นที่ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกและช่วยลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางของผู้รับบริการ ระหว่างวันที่ 17 - 19 พฤษภาคม 2569 ขณะเดียวกันได้ปฏิบัติการร่วมกับตำรวจท่องเที่ยวเกาะสมุย และสำนักงานการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ตรวจสอบผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจนำเที่ยว จำนวน 12 แห่ง พบผู้ประกอบการ 4 ราย มีพฤติกรรมอาจเข้าข่ายใช้คนไทยเป็นตัวแทนอำพราง (nominee) เนื่องจากมีกรรมการเป็นชาวต่างชาติได้แก่ อิสราเอล เบลเยี่ยม ฝรั่งเศส และอิตาลี ซึ่งมีการปรับเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างกรรมการบริษัทภายหลังได้รับใบอนุญาตแล้ว ทำให้ขาดคุณสมบัติตามพระราชบัญญัติธุรกิจนำเที่ยวและมัคคุเทศก์ พ.ศ 2551 มาตรา 17 (1) ที่กำหนดกรรมการเกินกึ่งหนึ่ง ต้องมีสัญชาติไทย นายทะเบียนฯ เตรียมออกคำสั่งเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตทั้ง 4 ราย ดังกล่าวต่อไป
