บริษัท อาธีน่า คอนซัลติ้ง แอนด์ โซลูชั่น จำกัด มีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ โครงการ The Next Jed Yod 3 ได้รับการรับรอง EDGE Final Certification จาก Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) เมื่อวันที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2569 🎉
โครงการ The Next Jed Yod 3 เป็นโครงการอาคารพักอาศัยเพื่อการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน ตั้งอยู่ใน ตำบลช้างเผือก อำเภอเมืองเชียงใหม่ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ประกอบด้วย อาคารพักอาศัยสูง 4 ชั้น จำนวน 62 ยูนิต มีพื้นที่อาคาร 2,676.50 ตารางเมตร
โครงการสามารถผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน EDGE ด้วยผลการประหยัดทรัพยากรที่โดดเด่น ได้แก่
⚡ ลดการใช้พลังงาน 25.83%
💧 ลดการใช้น้ำ 25.86%
🏗️ ลดคาร์บอนสะสมในวัสดุก่อสร้าง (Embodied Carbon) 33.00%
