From the tender age of a child in Phichit province, he was immersed in the world of medicine, absorbing its intricate knowledge and the profound ethics and integrity underpinning it. This upbringing instilled in him a deep understanding of the Thai public health system and a burning desire to improve it.
The Srisukho family’s commitment to accessible healthcare materialized in the form of Srisukho Hospital, a haven where quality care is offered without exorbitant costs. This endeavor, a testament to their dedication, echoes Dr. Gla’s belief that healing should be within everyone’s reach.
But Dr. Gla’s influence extends far beyond the walls of his family’s hospital. He’s a reformer and a developer, actively engaging with a vast network of government and private institutions to reshape Thailand’s public health landscape. His leadership, driven by a deep-seated desire to serve his nation, has left an indelible mark on the system.
A global citizen in the truest sense, Dr. Gla’s pursuit of knowledge took him across continents – Japan, England, Australia, Switzerland, China, Singapore, and more. Each experience is a thread woven into the tapestry of his expertise, ultimately benefiting the society he serves. He even empowers his mother and youngest brother, both high-ranking officers in the Medical Council of Thailand and the public health ministry, to further contribute to the nation’s well-being.
As a co-founder of the Association of Thai Aesthetic Physicians (ATAP), Dr. Gla champions the advancement of aesthetic medicine. His work at the modern MALI Dermatology Clinic in the heart of Bangkok’s vibrant Silom district and his tireless participation in charity events across Thailand paints a picture of a man dedicated to both the art and heart of healing.
