because they are complex.

Some are difficult
because the thinking is unclear.

In many organisations,
teams spend time gathering more data,
hoping clarity will follow.

But clarity does not come from more information.

It comes from asking better questions.

Because the quality of decisions
often depends on
the quality of thinking behind them.

Clarity is.

but still struggle to decide what really matters.

Because decision-making is not about having more data.
It’s about knowing what to focus on.

In quality management, one word appears again and again: process.

When processes are clear, organisations can learn, adapt, and improve more effectively.

Over the past few days, our organisation has been going through an IOSA audit.
For many teams, it can be an intense period.

But it is also a valuable opportunity to step back and look at how our processes actually work in practice — and where we can continue to improve.

Real improvement rarely happens by chance.

It happens when organisations are willing to examine how their systems and processes truly function.

ช่วงหลายวันที่ผ่านมา องค์กรของพี่จูเลียมีการตรวจ IOSA และพี่จูเลียก็เป็นหนึ่งในฟันเฟืองเล็ก ๆ ของกระบวนการนี้ค่ะ

ในโลกของการบริหารคุณภาพ เรามักได้ยินคำว่า process อยู่เสมอ
เพราะเมื่อกระบวนการทำงานชัดเจน องค์กรก็สามารถเรียนรู้ ปรับตัว และพัฒนาได้ดีขึ้น

การตรวจอาจเป็นช่วงเวลาที่เข้มข้นสำหรับหลายทีม
แต่ในอีกมุมหนึ่ง มันก็เป็นโอกาสดีที่เราจะได้หยุดมองระบบการทำงานของตัวเองให้ลึกขึ้น และดูว่ายังมีอะไรที่เราสามารถพัฒนาให้ดีขึ้นได้อีก
