In 2015, when our founder Narudee Kristhanin, was in the 4-day robust facilitator certification process to design and deliver workshops using as a language, she knew she had to bring this to Thailand. It was not about bringing the tool "LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method", but about bringing the personal transformation one could experience during the training and thanks to the strong facilitation of Per Kristiansen and the magical tool we were learning. The sense of equity, mutual respect, the best possible version of human experience to just 'be,' the ability to see the light in others with heart eyes, and the ability to create space for people to be seen, heard, and valued.

We hosted facilitator certification in BKK, inviting Per for his first training in the region. We planned the certification over a year in advance. Then, 2017 marked the first facilitator certification in Thailand hosted by Eureka Global in partnership with Trivium International under the Association of Master Trainers and now into the 9th consecutive years of partnership.

Each year, we certified 12 facilitators to maintain quality in the market as a space for passionate practitioners to thrive.
As a local market leader with strong network of skilled certified facilitators, we ensure a high-quality standard of facilitator training and workshop delivery. We also ensure that high-quality groups of participants are spreading out in various professions and sectors.

This year, we are excited to have our country's respected medical professor doctor, professional MNC CEO, HR business partners, intellectual property practitioner, tech expert, board of director, chief legal, university professor, and internal facilitator from AIG, IBM, Prudential, Thai Listed Company Association, to name just a few.

Last Wednesday Eureka Global team had a pleasure to deliver a large group workshop with method as part of “The Story Master Class series” hosted annually by มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม SPU Sripatum University to help leaders to tell their stories in the most authentic and powerful way.
