Over Thirty year’s (30) experience within the Petrochemical Industry in a variety of roles from
laboring, working rescue systems for WAH & CSE up to management level. Throughout my career my passion has always centered around the Health and Safety of myself
and others conducting activities, irrespective of the complexity of the task. The self-motivation of compiling procedures to ensure tasks are conducted to ALARP standard
and the identification of hazards requiring controls and recommendations at all worksites has
been at the forefront of my successes in everything I undertake. Employment in a multitude of areas including Heavy Industrial and Construction based
Engineering Projects both onshore and offshore have provided me with broad knowledge and
extensive competency in each role. Roles I have enjoyed over my career include;
• Fifteen (15) years Rope Access Onshore/Offshore and Overseas with ten (10) of these being in a Supervisory and Management capacity involved on various projects globally. This role was categorized as a “Safety Supv” responsible for the Work at Height & Confined Space
• Ten (10) years as Rig Move Specialist / Manager
• Ten 10 Years as Site HSE Specialist including Contract Compliance of all 3rd party companies employed by my employer. All these roles overlapped at some stage in my career with the identification of Senior Management that the function required a notable interaction by a person dedicated to the process. A team player and a leader who thrives on new challenges and can bring solutions to different cultures, race, sexuality, and creed without exception.
