📢 Important Update: Thai Labour Protection Law (Amendment No. 9) effective 7 December 2025 onward.

Employers with ≥10 employees must submit Form Kor.Ror.11 (ค.ร.11): Statement of Employment Conditions and Working Conditions, every January.
This form must disclose key employment conditions, such as:
- Working place, working days and working hours

Previously, this was the duty of a labor inspector to send the form to employers for completion and submission. Under the amended law, employers are now directly responsible for preparing and submitting the form.

This means, in January 2026, employers should review their employment policies, ensure that all employment conditions are comply with the law, and prepare and submit Form Kor.Ror.11 on time.
