How to interview with each types?

Interview with Analytical
- They’re deep and thoughtful people, serious and purposeful. They tend to set a high-standard for themselves and for their work. They are organized people.

Tips:
1.Analytical persuade by proof not by emotion, have your facts straight to them and be well prepared with the right informations before the interview
2.Speak calmly and softly, they do not like loud people speaking in their ears
3.Also give them space in the interview section, they will appreciate it

Interview with Driver
-They are dynamic and active people. They have confidence to take the leadership role.They move very quickly to action, but they are not detail oriented.

Tip:
1.In an interview with Driver, you need to keep your pace and get to the point, Driver don’t want all the information, all the facts, just the point.

Interview with Amiable
-They’re very patient and well-balanced. They’re quiet but smart. They’re sympathetic and kind. Tend to get along with others.
Tip:
1.JUST don’t be too loud or aggressive in the interview with them

Interview with Expressive
-They’re social specialists, they love to have fun, to turn their bad luck into jokes to eliminate the dull atmosphere. They want to be included in everything, for instance, want to be included in conversation, team, or a group.

Tips:
1.Show that you appreciate their sense of humor(If they show somes)
2.They like it when you show some excitement for the job

How to write an email

1. Begin with greeting
- For example, Dear….
2. If you reply to clients, always say thanks
3. Write down your purpose of the email
- Made it short, clear and simple
4. Then put your closing remarks
- For example, If you have any question, do not hesitate to contact me back. Thank you, have a nice day.
5. Finish your email with a closing
- For instance, Best Regards

If you’re writing an email to HR
1.Put a name of position that you apply for in the subject
2.Introduce yourself
3.Then repeat as the how to above
4.Finally don’t forget to attach your resume with the email!!!

How to make a good resume?

In case you want to improve your resume to attract HR attention, you could try and adapt these information below

1.Must organized, and use simple words and action verbs
- So it would be easy to read
2. Made it clear
- State important points and details of your experiences
- But don’t be too detailed, it is too much they will not read them
- Tell them what you’ve been doing
3.Professional picture
- It is important to put your picture on your resume
- So HR would know who you are
4.Don’t forget to put your contact information and be honest about your information
