Retirement Visa for long stay in Thailand. The foreigner whoever had retired and wish to live in Thailand for long stay.
The Government has been approved new regulation for the Foreigner has aged 50 years old and above. As the current regulation is 1 year permission and extension year by year, fee is 1,900 Baht which is the condition follows;
1. Age Must be 50 years old and above
2. Bank Account in Thailand showing THB 800,000
3. Or Monthly income of at least THB 65,000
4. Combination (Bank Account + Income x 12 = THB 800,000)
Therefore, the cabinet has approved new regulation for 5 years per a permission which not exceed than 1 times of extension, the fee is 10,000 baht per time for permit of long stay for retirement visa are follows condition;
1. Age Must be 50 years old and above
2. Bank Account in Thailand showing THB 3,000,000
3. Or Monthly income of at least THB 100,000
4. Has Health Insurance For POD covered at least 1,000 USD, In-Patient covered at least 10,000 USD per 1 insurance.
