Day three of the PROI Worldwide Conference explored how agencies, brands and leaders must evolve in a world shaped by AI, shifting consumer behaviour and constant transformation. 🌏

Tying closely back to this year’s summit theme of Kokoro, deepening trust and connection many of the conversations focused not only on innovation, but on the importance of staying culturally relevant, emotionally intelligent and deeply human.

Some standout takeaways from the day:
🔹 Brands grow through broad visibility and mental availability, not just loyalty.
🔹 The most impactful campaigns combine cultural insight with emotional storytelling.
🔹 AI is changing how agencies operate, but not the value of human creativity and judgment.
🔹 Resilience, vulnerability and perspective are becoming increasingly important leadership qualities.

The closing “My Personal Misogi” session was a powerful reminder that growth often comes through discomfort, and that some of the most meaningful leadership lessons are learned outside the workplace.

As the communications industry evolves at speed, day two of the PROI Worldwide Conference explored a timely question: what remains irreplaceably human?

Many of the conversations reflected this year’s summit theme of Kokoro — deepening trust and connection. ❤️

One standout session drew from the philosophy of Kintsugi ,✨ the idea that strength is built through imperfection, resilience and continuous learning. A timely perspective on leadership in an industry navigating constant change.

Other recurring themes throughout the day included:
🔹AI is transforming workflows, but human insight and creativity remain the true differentiators.
🔹 Clients increasingly expect agencies to deliver business impact, not just communications outputs.
🔹Trust, culture and relationships continue to drive long-term growth.
🔹PR is evolving from tactical ex*****on to strategic business advisory.

Despite all the discussion around technology and transformation, the strongest competitive advantage still appears deeply human. 🤝

A strong first day at the PROI Worldwide Conference 🌏 with conversations centred around transformation, culture and the future of global business.

One of the standout themes came from Jin Song Montesano’s keynote on Japan’s changing corporate landscape 🇯🇵, particularly the idea that while technology and AI continue to level the playing field, people, culture and alignment may ultimately become the true competitive advantage.

Equally interesting were discussions around how independent agencies collaborate across borders, 🤝 building trust, creating transparency and strengthening partnerships to win increasingly complex multinational business.

TEDxThonglorWomen was a reminder of something important 🤍

Bringing together perspectives across community, capital and culture, the event created space for honest, thoughtful conversations about the realities shaping women in Thailand today.

We supported media engagement around the event and extended the conversations beyond the room.

What stood out was not just what was said, but how openly it was shared, and how willing people were to listen.

Not everything needs to be loud to be impactful. Sometimes it is about making sure the right people are part of the conversation.
