ZEQUENZ ขอชี้แจงเรื่องราคาสินค้าภายในงาน Warehouse Sale

เนื่องจากมีลูกค้าสอบถามเกี่ยวกับราคาสินค้าที่แตกต่างจากช่วงวันแรกของงาน ทางแบรนด์ขอชี้แจงว่า สินค้าในแต่ละช่วงเป็นสินค้าคนละล็อตและมีเงื่อนไขการจำหน่ายแตกต่างกันค่ะ

ในช่วง 2–3 วันแรก สินค้าบางรายการเป็นสินค้าล็อตพิเศษสำหรับงาน Sale ซึ่งมีจำนวนจำกัดและได้รับส่วนลดในระดับที่สูงกว่า โดยสินค้าดังกล่าวจำหน่ายหมดเร็วกว่าที่คาดไว้

เพื่อให้ลูกค้าที่ยังต้องการเข้าร่วมงานมีสินค้าเลือกซื้อ ทางแบรนด์จึงนำสินค้าใหม่ที่ไม่มีตำหนิ (No Defect) มาเติมสต็อกเพิ่มเติม ซึ่งเป็นสินค้าที่มีคุณภาพและมาตรฐานเดียวกับสินค้าที่วางจำหน่ายในห้างสรรพสินค้าและส่งออกไปยังต่างประเทศ ราคาของสินค้าล็อตปัจจุบันจึงอาจแตกต่างจากสินค้าล็อตแรก แต่ยังคงเป็นราคาพิเศษและคุ้มค่ากว่าช่องทางจำหน่ายตามปกติ

ทางแบรนด์ต้องขออภัยหากการสื่อสารก่อนหน้านี้ไม่ชัดเจนและทำให้ลูกค้าบางท่านเกิดความสับสน เราขอขอบคุณทุกความคิดเห็น รวมถึงความเข้าใจและการสนับสนุน ZEQUENZ เสมอมาค่ะ 💙
