Job Opening - HR Function
C&B Manager for Thailand, Vietnam, HKG and Singapore
Design and implement the organization’s benefit and well-being programs to meet company objectives with regard to internal equity and external market competitiveness.
These programs may include group EB employee medical or insurance plans, perquisites, and perks extended in the form of allowances, retirement, pension, and superannuation plans.
Work closely with the manager and Talent Leaders to build benefits or well-being programs that will promote similar employee experiences in HKG, SG, TH and VN
The programs should be flexible, relevant, and aligned to our employee needs while staying comparable as well as competitive to the market benchmark.
Be a part of the Total Reward team to be in charge of executing pay changes and operationalization of the reward process across four countries.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct current state assessment (program design, benchmarking, program admin & policy) with heat map and potential risk (if they exist) then leverage global programs, practices, and technology to determine if there is scope to harmonize all into one flexible benefits plan for consistent and best in class employee experience.
• Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers to ensure benefit or rewarding programs receive satisfactory standards of service.
• Collaborate closely with HR Services to ensure compensation or benefits changes, especially benefit or well-being programs are implemented in an efficient manner.
• Partner with the Compensation analyst to review proposed salary offers and adjustments and recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve pay problems within Liberty guidelines and the compensation governance process.
• Support to manage the recurring processes, including the annual compensation review process, salary planning, and budgeting; market and salary adjustments, promotions, bonus payments, and merit reviews, development of the merit matrix, and bonus guidelines, educating and providing guidance to managers on the proposal.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of rewarding programs, technology, governance, and communications. Provides ongoing consultation and communications to support Talent Leaders in their plans.
• Owe Compensation & Benefits projects implementation as assigned.
Competencies:
• Over 5 years of relevant and progressively more responsible work experience in a similar environment.
• Experience working in complex cross-functional or geographically dispersed teams to jointly deliver transformational outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with key stakeholders in order to positively influence decisions and actions. Understands business needs and how to leverage knowledge to meet those needs; demonstrates flexibility and adaptability. Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; strong presentation and project management skills.
• Acts with integrity, confidence, and accountability at all times. Deals assertively with all key stakeholders of Talent Management, HRBP, and business managers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration) or equivalent experience required.
• English fluency is required.
• More than 5 years of experience in rewarding or benefit programs.
• Change Management experience is required.
• Displays strong PC skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
