Today, HYPER CYCLOP is honored and delighted to announce that signed contract with World Pool-Billiard Association. HYPERION becomes the official balls of WPA event from January 1st, 2019.
The World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA) is the leader of world’s Billiard management organization, which was established in Germany in November 1987. WPA is also one of the three major members of WCBS, the leading institution for the billiards into 2024 Paris Olympics campaign. Billiards 2024
In 2018, WPA hosted a number of top events including the Men and Women’s 9-Ball World Championships, the US Open, and the All-Japan Championship etc. Well worth mentioning that WPA has never designated any official pool equipment, until HYPER CYCLOP becomes the first-ever.
Since the establishment of CYCLOP, it has gradually occupied many markets in the United States, China, Europe and Oceania, etc. With continuous innovation and unremitting pursuit of perfection, CYCLOP has won unanimous recognition from the players, dealers, fans and referees all over the world. Signing with WPA means that CYCLOP has completed the goal of conquering the world, which only took six years!

1987 – XHINBIING was founded in Taiwan.
1995 – XHINBIING set up factory in China named Shanghai XINZHAN Rubber Co., Ltd.
In the beginning of the 21st century, Shanghai XINZHAN Rubber Co., Ltd devoted to the development and manufacture of phenolic resin billiards ball.
2009 – Adrian Wang (CEO of CYCLOP) went to the US to learn the phenolic resin colouring control technology with Hyatt’s company, pioneers and authority in this technology.
2012 – Shanghai XINZHAN had successful transferred all the processes of phenolic resin balls production from the lab to production line, the brand of CYCLOP was born.
2013 – CYCLOP launched in the US market, and been used at the Southern Classic event and the BCA Pool League World Championships in Las Vegas, which the largest event in the world, organized by CSI.
In early 2014 – Taiwan's professional pool league was the first in Asia to use CYCLOP balls, after that, CYCLOP became the official ball of the Amway Cup.
In July 2014, CYCLOP signed contract with the CBSA, became the official balls for all American Pool and Chinese 8-ball events.
2014~2018 – CYCLOP has successively became the official balls for Women’s 9-Ball World Championship, Chinese Pool World Championships, World 9-Ball China Open etc.
2017 – CYCLOP signed with two major African Associations - ABSF and AAPA. Snooker, American Pool and English Billiards events in Africa all use the CYCLOP products, It means that CYCLOP has completed a monopoly on the African tournaments.
2017 – CYCLOP recognized as the official Billiard ball (Snooker, Pool and Carom) of the 2017 Poland World Games.
2017 – Oceania ushered CYCLOP events - Oceania 9-ball & 10-ball championships, CYCLOP footprints all over the world.
2019 – The contract between CYCLOP and the WPA will take HYPER CYCLOP over the top!
