We are hiring " Export Customer Service Officer " ( Italthai Tower)

😊 Responsibilities
1. Review shipment instruction including service contract, buying and selling rate, freight terms, etc.
2. Arrange vessel space booking and truck booking as per schedule.
3. Coordinate with shipper or oversea agent to obtain shipment instruction for BL issuing as term and customer requirement.
4. Monitor and update container status and detail to customer 1 hour before loading time.
5. Arrange export document. Send pre-alert to Oversea in timely manner.
6. Coordinate with shipper and carrier for HBL document confirmation.
7. Data submission.
8. Follow up for cost from carrier and prepare document for billing invoice, collect BL.
9. Send pre-alert document to agent
10. Send complete set to billing team to do invoice/debit note.

😊 Requirements
1. Female or Male
2. Bachelor's degree in logistics Management or related filed.
3. At least 1-2 years’ experience in freight forwarding or Customer service.
4. Work well under pressure.
5. Service mind and high responsible.
6. Good knowledge in excel
7. Good knowledge of English.

Issue invoices for customers and send to AR for billing
👉🏻 Quote the customs clearance and issue invoices for inbound customers.
👉🏻 Quote and issue invoices with FHD term and prepare payment request for customers’ agents.
👉🏻Issue invoices for personal effect shipments.
👉🏻Control and check tax invoice form and receipt.
👉🏻Attach expense documents + invoices and send to AR for billing.
👉🏻Arrange documents for billing.
Prepare statement and send courier for FHD shipments.
👉🏻Explain and solve problem regarding air import customs clearance expenses for air inbound.
👉🏻Summary report of total and weight shipments for personal effect shipments.
👉🏻Prepare report to other departments as required.

Qualification
👉🏻Thai Nationality, Male or Female are not over 35 years old
