VIETNAM HAT MANUFACTURING

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, this manufacturer specialises in custom-made hats and caps, with more than 10 years of experience in production for international clients.

Their production covers a range of commercial hat styles, including baseball caps, snapbacks, bucket hats, 5-panel caps and other custom shapes.

The facility also supports different branding and decoration techniques, including 2D and 3D embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer and reflective printing, allowing brands to develop customised headwear according to their specifications.

For wholesale projects, production starts from 30 pieces per style, while larger orders can be handled with wholesale pricing. Published production times are approximately 12–17 days, depending on order volume.

Where traditional techniques become part of modern production.

This relaxed-fit shirt combines handspun and handwoven cotton with reclaimed patchwork, hand embroidery and naturally dyed indigo.

The yarn is spun using a single-spindle Gandhi charkha, while leftover cutting scraps are transformed into reclaimed fabric details. The indigo is dyed through a 100% fructose-based fermentation process, keeping traditional dyeing techniques within the production process.

The garment is made through a highly artisanal approach, with 4 artisans contributing 36.06 hours of craftsmanship to one piece.
