World Sticker is a leader in printing technology and capable of meeting our customers’ needs. With our professionally created labels, consumers will be attracted to products on the shelves. We have used a variety of printing techniques to serve our customers as follows:
1. Combination Printing
This technique combines silkscreen and flexography in one printing cycle to give a three dimensional effe
ct to letters and background images. You can feel the relief of letters and when these raised letters meet with lights in shelves, your products will be outstanding.
2. Double Sided Label Printing
This technique allows printing to be done on both the front and adhesive sides of the label to create a distinctive effect. Messages printed on the adhesive side can be seen through clear glass containers of your products.
3. Multilayer Label Printing
This technique gains popularity among many leading brands because it can include messages, which are instructions from owners of the products. Multilayer labels look like small books or brochures sticking on bottles. More than seven pages can be created (4 layers).
4. Printing with Metals or Special Inks
This technique integrates innovations from metals or different kinds of inks into printing system to give label designers’ imaginations a realistic sense. It includes invisible ink, which cannot be seen with naked eyes.
5. Embossing
This technique can determine the height or relief of letters and provide a three dimensional or raised effect on selected areas to make the seals stand out.
6. Printing on Special Materials
This technique is used on materials specially developed or designated to reduce printing problems. Nowadays, such materials have been highly developed, such as to have glossy or matte surfaces.
7. Glossy or Matte Coating
This technique is aimed at creating a distinctive effect and used to emphasize images or brands. Glossy or matte varnishes are used to create such distinctive effect. Due to a rapidly increasing competition in terms of commodity and industrial products, our primary focus is now on services in order to reduce errors from designs up to the end process of products. The range of our services is as follows:
