RMC Asia We help students and graduates get internships in prestigious hotels & resorts in Asia!

RMC Asia is a Cultural Exchange Program Organization operating out of Bangkok, Thailand. RMC Asia provides professional services to program participants in the planning, coordination, and execution of internship projects in the hospitality industry in Asia. We provide internship program opportunities for enrolled students and recent graduates to gain international work skills at luxury Host Organizations (hotels & resorts) in stunning program destinations: Thailand, The United Arab Emirates, The State of Qatar, The Maldives, Vietnam, Malaysia and other countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

Her day revolves around connecting with top-tier host organizations, meeting their hiring needs, and introducing talented candidates to expand our program portfolio. For Rani, the best part of the job is watching young talents turn their dreams into reality while helping host organizations find their ideal match, knowing her team played a crucial role in opening doors for international careers.

When advising incoming participants, Rani emphasizes embracing the initial discomfort of a new environment, viewing every challenge as a stepping stone toward personal and professional growth. Outside the office, she recharges on weekends with pilates and a good movie. 🍿
