Participants will learn how to identify, assess, prioritize, and manage risks throughout the three critical stages of a Lean project, using practical Lean tools such as VSM, A3 Report, and DMAIC, to ensure sustainable project success

Risk in LEAN Project
Public training on 26-27 March, 2026.
As the year comes to a close, many of us reflect on projects we led—
some succeeded, some struggled, and some did not sustain.

In Lean projects, failure is rarely about tools.
It is often about unseen and unmanaged risk.

In March 2026, I will be conducting a 2-day public training on
“Risk in Lean Projects: Assess Before, Control During, Sustain After.”

This course focuses on:
Identifying risk before, during, and after a Lean project
Assessing risk using likelihood, impact, and risk matrix
Integrating risk thinking with VSM, A3 Report, and DMAIC
For those planning improvement initiatives in the coming year,
this may be a helpful foundation to consider.

Story of the game:
This game was created from real experience in teaching and consulting on Risk Management. Many people found the topic abstract and difficult to apply, so I designed this game to turn learning into play. The game structure is based on practical risk models and has been tested with learners of various ages and backgrounds. Over time, the content and mechanics were refined to make the experience more intuitive and enjoyable.
