Job Description:
• Manage contact center for Automotive clients.
• Manage team to analyze for customer’s complaints.
• Manage and review performance to achieve KPIs.
• Communicate and report to top management on performance and solutions.
Qualifications:
• Male or Female, age 30-45 years.
• Master / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• At least 3 years experience in call center or customer service in a management role.
• Very good in English communication (TOEIC scores: 700)
• Proficiency in MS Office usage is required.
• Able to resolve complaints effectively and able to deal with various people.
• Customer focused and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Self motivated and effective problem solving.
