Maintenance Manager

Job Purpose :

The Incumbent will be responsible for managing, developing and maintaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs/activities for all manufacturing equipment, utilities and other related supporting an optimal plant performance with lowest possible cost include:
• Implementation of best proven preventive and predictive maintenance practices in collaboration with maintenance platform team and third parties related.

Principal duties and responsibilities

- Variance Reporting. Support Plant Management with relevant and accurate monthly efficiency and PPV variance reporting and analysis . Challenge production to reach the set goals on usages.
- Cost Price Calculations. Calculate on a monthly bases accurate actual cost prices and on a quarterly basis the Expected and Replacement cost prices. Annual preparation of the budget cost prices. Perform adhoc cost prices calculations when asked by the business.
