📍 Analyst
The role of an Analyst in Korn Ferry provides learning and development opportunity for young, talented and ambitious graduates with some work experience. You will be introduced to a variety of industries and organizational issues which will give you a rapid understanding of organizations and how they are, and should be, managed. Working in project teams, you will be demonstrating your potential by providing smart analysis and recommending realistic solutions to the problems being tackled.
▶️ The Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field from a local reputable university. Minimum GPA required is 3.2 Graduated with honors would be an advantage
• Good project management, interpersonal and communication skills
• An energetic, creative and out-of-the-box thinker
• Good command of written and verbal English
• Preferably with some internship or work experience
📍 Consultant
As a Consultant in Korn Ferry, your primary focus is in the delivery of Korn Ferry’s leading-edge methodologies to our clients. You will be working with our clients’ business managers and helping them diagnose and resolve organizational issues. Your critical value contribution will be in helping managers understand and leverage the capability of the people they work with.
▶️ The Requirements:
• Ability to rapidly learn and understand, strong conceptual and analytical thinking, with polished interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
• Highly capable of working with business managers across a wide range of industries
• A minimum of five years professional and/or managerial experience
• Bachelor’s degree with Honors in any field from a reputable university (local or overseas), Master Degree would be a plus.
