Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer (S&A)

The QS will be part of a small but dynamic team handling retail, hotels and residential projects with values of more than THB 1B. He/she must possess good knowledge of standard of measurements, construction market rates, communication skills and teamwork.

Roles:

1) Take off, measurement and prepare Bills of Quantites or Schedule of Works for Structure, Civil, Architect and ID works.
2) Prepare unit price analysis and estimates using available information and knowledge on market rates and cost per m2.
3) Calling quotations and discussing with potential contractors/suppliers.
4) Enough knowledge in contract conditions such as payment terms, retentions, LD, etc
5) Office administration on project documents.

Requirements:

1) 3-4 years experience on quantity surveying, cost engineer and related fields
2) Degree in QS or Civil Engineer
3) Computer literacy
4) Good interpersonal skills
5) Teamwork
6) Good in verbal and written communication in both English and Thai

Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer (S&A) - Site Based (Bangkok)

The QS will be part of a small but dynamic team handling retail, hotels and residential projects with values of more than THB 1B. He/she must possess good knowledge of standard of measurements, construction market rates, communication skills and teamwork.

Roles:

1) He or she will be stationed in one of the biggest retail projects in Bangkok doing QS site coordination, payment valuation, variation orders, attending meetings and site office document control.
2) Knowledge in taking off and measurement of all S&A aspects on retail and office project.
3) Calling quotations and coordination with suppliers.
4) Assist team leader in preparing monthly cost reports and updates.
5) Working time is Monday to Friday (09:00 to 18:00) and Saturday (09:00 to 12:00 only)

Requirements:

1) 3-4 years experience on quantity surveying, cost engineer and related fields
2) Degree in QS or Civil Engineer
3) Computer literacy
4) Good interpersonal skills
5) Teamwork
6) Good in verbal and written communication in both English and Thai
